El condo tiene una gran vista a Landmark y un acceso muy fácil a la tienda y FamilyMart justo delante del condo. Letratamente caminando a la tienda Landmark. El condo tiene lavavajillas, nevera, cocina, pero no hay microondas. No confío en sus copas, herramientas y potes, así que no lo usamos. El suelo es desafortunadamente muy liso. Idk por qué pero tengo que llevar un liso una vez que toco en la casa. El baño es muy dulce y necesita limpieza profunda. Sin embargo, el servicio es bueno. Necesitas usar WhatsApp para comunicar y ellos arreglarán ppl para limpiar etc..

No swimming pool or gym. Just room to stay.
No automatic cleaning service by anyone. If you need, you have to ask.
Basin is dirty after long use. I think the cleaner did not clean them well. It is very easy to clean. Cleaners need to be trained on the area to clean. Bed is hard and pillow is very very soft. If you need a place to stay and no fuss & for a transit night, this is basic stay. Location is near to a mall. F&B at mall is expensive for VN standard.

Excelente ubicación, solo hay que cruzar el puente para llegar al Distrito 1. A 30 minutos a pie de las atracciones turísticas del centro: Ópera, Torre Bitexco. Edificio moderno, gran apartamento y excelente aire acondicionado, hermosa piscina. El anfitrión nos recibió en la entrada del edificio y nos dio instrucciones y tarjetas de entrada. El wifi era excelente, no usamos la cocina, solo el refrigerador. La zona se sentía segura.

Rooms & Amenities: My room was beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist aesthetic that felt both stylish and comfortable. The attention to detail in the décor, from the high-quality linens to the smart layout, made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. I especially loved the spacious bathroom, strong water pressure in the shower, and the ultra-comfortable bed.
Service: The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcomed. Their recommendations for local dining and sightseeing were spot-on!

El hotel está situado en el Distrito 3 de Saigón y está muy cerca del Distrito 1. Aunque el precio del hotel es un poco bajo, me pareció caro para lo que pagué. El check-in fue sencillo, hay un vestíbulo que los conductores no verán si no conocen el lugar. La habitación era pequeña, pero hay una bañera en la habitación. La bañera tenía algunas manchas. La presión del agua de la ducha está bien. La cama era normal, ni muy buena ni mala. Pero la insonorización de la habitación es terrible. Podía oír ruidos del exterior cuando mi habitación ni siquiera da a la calle. También podía oír voces de mi vecino en la habitación de al lado. Dormí fatal. La calidad del sueño fue mala. No recomendaría alojarme aquí. El hotel tiene un Maybach para que parezca elegante, pero no lo es.

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en M Village. La ubicación es excelente, no está demasiado lejos del centro, puedes recorrerlo caminando en 20 o 30 minutos. La habitación está limpia y parece nueva. ¡La cafetería del vestíbulo era muy buena! Tienen una cocina y una lavandería comunes, ¡lo que me resultó muy útil! Volveré seguro 😄

Amazing well designed 24 hours concept hotel: by the time you check in you have 24 hours for your check out. Rooms are a bit small, but ok for me. It could be noisy if your room is facing the main street. Only two lift are not enough for a 12 story building, I found them slow. Staff were super friendly. Bar service with reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet simply amazing, Vietnamese and Western choices available, a bit crowded. Only something to improve: kindly consider to provide chinaware mugs for the coffee or tea, not nice having it on a paper cup. Overall, super satisfied with my stay there. Definitely I will repeat if I am back to Vietnam.

Hace poco estuve en un hotel de 4 estrellas y en general mi experiencia fue muy satisfactoria. En primer lugar, la apariencia del hotel es muy moderna y llamativa, lo que me hizo sentir muy cómodo. Al entrar al vestíbulo, me impresionó el personal cálido y amable. Brindaron un excelente servicio y manejaron todas mis necesidades y solicitudes con prontitud.
Las instalaciones de la habitación eran muy lujosas y la cama era muy cómoda. Pasé una gran noche aquí. Los muebles y la decoración de la habitación son de muy alta gama, lo que añade una sensación de lujo a mi estancia. Los accesorios del baño también son excelentes y ofrecen artículos de tocador de alta calidad y una cómoda experiencia de ducha.
Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, incluyendo un gimnasio y una piscina cubierta. Tuve una mañana estupenda en el gimnasio, estaba bien equipado y limpio. La piscina cubierta también era genial, me lo pasé muy bien relajándome allí.
Las opciones gastronómicas del hotel son variadas y deliciosas. El desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de opciones, ya sean chinas u occidentales, para satisfacer a los huéspedes con diferentes gustos. Mientras cenaba en el restaurante, probé una exquisita comida local, que fue impresionante.

NNatashaAl registrarnos, el personal nos sirvió té y aperitivos. Al terminar, nos acompañaban a la habitación. Nuestra primera habitación tenía una cerradura defectuosa, así que llamamos al servicio técnico, pero tuvimos dificultades para comunicarnos, ya que no entendían bien el inglés y su tono era brusco y molesto. Al llegar a la habitación, se dio cuenta del problema y llamó al equipo de servicio para que lo solucionaran. Vinieron unos tres o cuatro empleados, pero no pudieron solucionarlo. Esperamos un buen rato porque se turnaban para arreglarlo. Finalmente nos consiguieron otra habitación y la cerradura funcionó. A pesar del problema, el resto del personal fue amable y atento. El desayuno también estuvo bien.

UUsuario anónimoI recently completed a three-night stay at M Hotel Saigon, and while my overall experience was satisfactory, I am deeply disappointed with how a particular situation was handled during my stay. I feel it is necessary to bring this to your attention to ensure that future incidents of a similar nature are managed more professionally.
During my stay, I received a call from the hotel receptionist, informing me that a complaint had been made against me for making excessive noise at night and disturbing other guests. This accusation was both untrue and extremely embarrassing. I want to state clearly that I did not make any noise during the night. My partner and I were asleep, and the only possible sounds from my room were regular movements such as walking to the restroom or flushing the toilet—none of which could be considered excessive or disruptive.
I have stayed at both M City Hotel and M Hotel Saigon multiple times this year, and this is the first time I have ever encountered such an issue. I expect the hotel to handle such complaints with greater care and discretion. Instead, I was put in a very uncomfortable situation where I was asked directly whether I had made noise or not, as if I had to defend myself against an unsubstantiated claim.
Even after this incident, I decided to file a complaint with the hotel booking platform regarding the way this was handled. Shortly after that, when I returned to the hotel at night, one of your staff members approached me in the lobby and apologized. While I appreciate the apology, I still feel the need to bring this matter directly to the hotel’s attention because it highlights a significant issue in how guest complaints are handled.
I believe that in situations like this, the hotel should conduct proper verification rather than immediately confronting a guest based solely on a complaint from another party. Making a judgment without any form of investigation not only creates an unfair experience for the accused guest but also diminishes the professionalism of the hotel’s service.
I urge your management to review how such complaints are handled in the future. A better approach would be to verify the claim before reaching out to the guest, perhaps by checking security footage or monitoring noise levels before assuming wrongdoing. This would ensure a more fair and respectful experience for all guests.
Furthermore, I initially sent an email regarding this issue but have received no response. The lack of acknowledgment only adds to my disappointment. Since my concerns have been ignored, I have no choice but to express them publicly through this review. I sincerely hope your management will take this matter seriously and improve your complaint-handling process to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

BBONITAEl apartamento se ve muy bien en las fotos, pero al llegar nos dimos cuenta de algunos problemas. El baño tiene bastante moho y el grifo gotea mucho. Las sábanas parecían un poco polvorientas y tenían algunas manchitas, así que no estamos seguros si Thương las lavó o no. Una de las lámparas está rota y en general el apartamento no se siente muy limpio. Aparte de eso, la ubicación es genial, hay muchas cosas que hacer y ver en la zona. Thương es muy amable y responde rápido

Room:
The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor and the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.
Service:
The staff at Icon Hotel were a highlight of my visit. From the moment I checked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and provided great recommendations for things to do around the city. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable.
Facilities:
The rooftop pool and bar were an absolute delight, offering stunning views of the city skyline. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of both local and international options, and the quality of the food was excellent.
Overall Experience:
Icon Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of its prime location, fantastic service, modern facilities, and comfortable rooms makes it a great choice for both business and leisure travellers. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Saigon.

UUsuario invitadoLonger review to explain our experience. It is not 4 stars. Maybe 20/30 years ago it was but not now.
We paid about $200 for one night, for a river view club room with afternoon and nightly candles cocktails and club room access, 3pm late checkout and 15% off airport transport.
When we arrived they would not tell us how much airport transport would be for leaving the next day. Just that it was expensive and we should get a cab instead. That was a little disappointing, we should have pushed for the price but we were tired from our flight and hungry.
The room we were put in was grubby and had a bad smell and NO river view. We called reception to mention we had booked the river view. They moved us down and across the hall. The new room had a nice view, had clearly being prepared for guests with brochures and pamphlets. No smell and had been recently cleaned. It felt like they were just trying to see if they could get away with giving us the bad room instead of the one we had booked. I've added pictures of the view from both rooms.
After moving we went to afternoon tea which was really nice. Although our room move meant we had to wait because no one had shared the records of our room switch which was kind of awkward. Once we got to it the food was nice and filling (see food pictures) The bathrooms in that lounge were out of hand soap.
We went back to the room. Had a shower but the shower/bath drains onto the floor so a large unsafe pool of water Is right under your feet as you step out of the tub.
Went out for the canapès. That was disappointing. We got there at 6:20pm. Everything had gone cold except the fried rice. There were no cocktails, just bottles of whisky and rum and you could take a can of coke, sprite, or tonic water to mix yourself. Luckily we were still full from the afternoon tea.
We went out nearby and came back to find the street party next to the hotel was still raging and although the people mostly went home, the music players kept going until about 1am. That was awful and I'd recommend not staying on the river side if you're staying Friday to Sundays and want to get up early.
Next morning we went to breakfast, it was a very small selection. We got a bread roll that was hard as a rock. Nothing was very fresh. It was disappointing. Also can only get black coffee or machine coffee.
We went out for the day and came back to pack at 2:30 for our flight and the safe had stopped working. Could not even type in the PIN. This was nervwracking as it was our last day and passports were in there. It took 4 calls to reception and 1 hour for them to send someone to fix it. Batteries had run out. These things happen but maybe there should be a schedule for changing these things or at least a swift response when someone is trying to check out and cannot open it. When the safe technician did show up he was great and very personable.
Once I got our passports we checked out and they stored our bags safely in the luggage room for us until we got our cab.
On the other amenities; the gym seemed good snd had indoor and outdoor terrace with more weights. The doormen in lobby are cheerful. The pool was very basic, I think it looks better in the pictures. The lobby bar is expensive. The lobby is pretty but smells like it was mopped with dirty water sometimes which is unpleasant.
Overall it was a bit of a letdown. I'd give it 3 stars, it would be 2 if we had stayed in our first room. We would return to the area but try a different hotel.

TTEH TIAN JIEMy stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved for a better experience. Firstly, I encountered some difficulty with GrabCar drivers finding the hotel location, which could be addressed with clearer signage or additional guidance for drivers.
Secondly, the breakfast hours could be extended until 10:30 AM rather than the current 9:30 AM. This would provide guests with a bit more flexibility, especially those who prefer a later start to their day.
Additionally, I was not informed by the hotel receptionist about the one-time complimentary mini-bar in the room. Based on the notice in the room, I initially thought the mini-bar only contained room-temperature snacks and drinks. However, upon checking out, I realized it also included bottled water and soft drinks in the refrigerator. A clearer explanation at check-in would have been appreciated.
Oh, and one more thing—the tiles in the bathroom are extremely slippery. I accidentally slipped while in the bathroom, which could potentially lead to a safety issue for guests. This is something that should definitely be addressed.
These are minor points, but they would certainly enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

EE. Ch.I stayed 3 nights at the Ramana Saigon hotel.
Good location with easy walks through that part of the city if you do not mind pollution and a lot of traffic (mostly motorbikes). I loved discovering the city with its hectic and very lively environment. The hotel is next to district one. The railway station is a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Plenty of eateries around and convenience shops next to the hotel.
The staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. True professionals. That was also the case of security and those in charge of the rooms. I mentioned a very noisy service door next to my room and the issue was fixed immediately.
Now I was not too impressed by the service and the attention at the restaurant during breakfast. Too busy with the many tour groups keeping the restaurant fully busy (and noisy) from 6 AM to 9 AM (seating: almost 300 people) then a bit quieter until closing time at 9:30 AM. Today I ate breakfast a bit later than usual at 8:45 and noticed that tables were not cleaned after guests left. Items were removed but nothing more resulting in empty tables with dirty table sets and no more forks, knives, etc... The food at the restaurant is for the masses. No real options for people with diabetes for example as pretty much all items are on the sweet or very sweet side. Including cooked vegetables (sugar and fat). 3 different salads to choose from but no simple dressing with just vinegar and oil. They care for the many Indian guests with a few vegetarian options but ... I tried and ... my glucometer did not appreciate and hit the red zone :(
The rooms are old fashioned but nice and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Not hard as is rather usual in Asia. The noise insulation is on the poor side. The air conditioning system is rather loud. There is a well sized fridge in the room and plenty of space :)
The swimming pool on the 5th floor (outdoor) is small but nice and there are a few lounge chairs to relax. It was not busy when I was there in the early afternoon but I guess I was lucky ;-)
The guests at the hotel are overwhelmingly tourists traveling in big groups. Mainly Indians and Chinese but also some Westerners.
Bottom line: I enjoyed my stay at the Ramana and I understand that the mass tourism supports their business which, to me, comes with some disadvantages: overcrowded restaurant for breakfast, very loud and noisy guests at times ... and the flow of such guests is quite constant during the day (departures crossing arrivals).
