No water supply in the hotel room in the morning after my 1st night stay . This is horrible experience, I don’t know what went wrong, no advance notifications before they service hotel water system.
My daily plan was affected. Staff is very unfriendly especially the shorter young lady, on 12 Jan’ 25 morning.

The bath was full of mold and dirty. The general cleaningness of the bathroom was not upto standard. I asked to be cleaned but they the staff (a very young couple) said there was no one on site o do the job so they changed my room to one that was better (still not super clean) but had no bath. The lady at reception said that they will give the money back in compensation the following day but when i did the checkout, the new lady (very young as well) had no idea of what had happened or what has been offered to me. The hotel seems to be run by very young people who have no idea of customer service. Overall not a happy stay.
