I stayed here recently after more than four years since my first visit during pre-opening, and the experience was very disappointing. The elevators always had a strong body odor, which, while not directly the hotel’s fault, should be addressed to create a more pleasant environment. The room soundproofing was terrible—I could clearly hear noises from the next room, including housekeeping moving chairs during the day. I even recorded a video to show how bad the soundproofing was, as the noise was extremely disruptive. Cleanliness was also an issue, with visible dust on the clothing hangers and TV remote, which I didn’t expect from a hotel of this standard. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming. The layout felt messy, and the self-service PHO station was a bad idea, especially since the broth wasn’t even hot. As for the staff, I expected young, energetic, and enthusiastic team members to match the hotel’s concept, but they were not friendly or hospitable, particularly the breakfast team. Overall, this stay was nothing like my first experience years ago, and I won’t be returning.
