Do not stay there! The room did not look like the pictures. The room was very small and the room was unclean when we arrived. Hair on the bedding's and towels. It was a struggle to get the room cleaned. Had to ask twice and wait for several hours for them to fix it. At checkout we were charged extra for the supposedly free water and some peanuts. Horrible experience!

Booked lucky star hotel and took a grab(taxi) to it we arrived late at night and were greeted outside by a homeless family sitting outside on the stoop. When we went in we were told our reservation could not be fulfilled as they were full. We were told we would be sent over to their sister property a few blocks away at no charge to us. We arrive at their second property on what looked to be a working girl( hoe stroll)street(not a good look while traveling with a child) we checked in and paying for 2 nights so we could get our bearings on where we were and findng other arrangements thereafter. Once we were in the room(super tight and small) we noticed a large roach on the wardrobe door and quickly left the room to inform the desk guy we needed a refund(we weren't even there 5 mins) as we could not stay in a facility with roaches or another bugs for that matter. He offered us to stay in a different room just above the roach room (as if that would change things) we continued to inform him we needed our money back we could not stay 1 because our child is terrified of bugs and would not sleep and 2 if 1 decided to hitch hike home with us it would be costly to rid them from our home and we didn't need that headache or expense! We were NOT given a refund for either day and were now in need of a new hotel in an unfamiliar city. Overall it as bad experience from start to finish and wished we had known what we were dealing with ahead of time. Buyer beware you get what you pay for!!!

One of the worst hotels i have stayed in Ho Chi Minh. the front desk manager even though smiling at all times, but gives you no service and charges you 200K Dong every time you have a guest and wants another 300K for an hour late check out. The pictures are misleading and the hotel needs an upgrade. However, location is very good. It is a few meters away from the Walking St. with all the bars and clubs.

Rooms are a good size considering the hotel is right in the city centre. The bed was very comfortable and big. The air conditioning was very old, but worked ok. There was also a fan in the room which helped with the dated aircon. The room and bathroom was clean and there was water and snacks provided in the room. The mini fridge was also stocked up, these items were at an extra charge.

Spent 4 hours here for my layover in Ho Chi Minh City. First impression, this hotel is a local 2 Star at best despite *********** labelling them as a 3 star. Room was okay but everything felt tired and used. The photos on *********** seems to be taken 10 years ago, definitely not what it is now. Worst of all, no free coffee/tea and mineral water was available, yet they could fill their fridge with soft drinks, beer and mineral water (obviously chargeable). Felt like I'm in prison with warning signs posted everywhere warning me not to do something. Cleanliness was average. I get it, they have a good location but with so many hotels around the area, I wouldn't return to this hotel. Check-in staff were friendly though.

Das Badezimmer war dreckig, es gab keinen Duschvorhang und an der Decke war ei riesiger schwarzer Schimmel und es hat von der Decke getropft, Bettwäsche war fleckig, Zimmer war alt und heruntergekommenen und entsprach nicht ansatzweise den Bildern auf ***********, wir mussten das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlen und die Rezeption hatte kein Wechselgeld und im der Lobby hat ein Typ geschlafen. Das Zimmer War viel kleiner als angegeben
