Collection O Madam Cuc Hotel

I have never written a review before, this will be my first because I am very disappointed with this place. Check in was smooth, as we got to our rooms we were tired from our journey that we just fell asleep without inspecting the room. When we got up, again never thought anything as we just wanted to get food. When we got back, we had the lights on and the bedding caught our eye. It was very filthy to say the least, there was also a hair clip down the side of the bed which wasn’t ours which to us showed the bedding hadn’t been changed as you would see this when changing the bottom sheet. I went to reception to talk to someone about the state of the sheets and hair clip. The guy behind reception was arguing and had said why didn’t you check it before and I will get a cleaner to clean it tomorrow. I said we had checked in to a room that we have paid for, sure we should’ve checked it was clean but if you’re paying to stay at a hotel, you would expect to not sleep in someone else filth. He finally complied and striped the bed sheets, but while he was changing the sheets, with my help he was still arguing with us that we should have said something at check in. He then also told us he wasn’t able to give us a clean duvet cover and we argued this and said we cannot sleep with a dirty cover (this had black marks over it and was a slight yellow colour). Again he found a clean cover. He was about to leave the room without taking the furry hair clip with him. Then later on just when we thought nothing else could make us feel any more uncomfortable we saw someone’s left over lube down the side of the bed too… CLEARLY THIS ROOM WASN’T CLEANED PROPERLY! Overall very disappointed with the stay here, if you’re paying for a hotel put your money somewhere they clean properly.

Very old hotel. Cleanliness is acceptable. Hardly feel hot water in shower. Can be noisy at times. Only for the adventurous and non-fussy travellers only. Location is very good though.

В принципе все хорошо для такой цены. Расположение супер, совсем рядом с тусовочной улицей, недалеко конечная автобусов, рынок. Очень милые приветливые люди на ресепшене, молодцы. Но нам наверное немного не повезло с номером. У нас был номер на втором этаже с большим окном прямо на ресепшен,а там всегда шумно и шум с улицы. Поэтому уже в 6 утра просыпались и слушали крики и разговоры снизу. Ну еще касаемо самого номера: не работал телевизор. Он был, просто стоял для мебели, даже ни к чему не подлкючен. Но это пофиг, там некогда телевизор смотреть, это просто информация если кому-то важно.
