M Village Hotel Nguyen Kiem

The hotel has a very clean business outlook. It was very easy communicating with the staff when checking in and they also took the initiative to ask if you needed anything throughout your stay. My room was facing the main road, so unfortunately, the sound from the traffic was really disturbing. I had to use earplugs for the whole stay. I didn't like that the balcony door in the room could not be locked. Housekeeping only cleaned the bathroom but did not take out the trash and make the beds. Overall, the hotel served me well as I needed to go to meetings nearby, it also is near the airport so you would not have to worry about crazy traffic to make your way to and fro. It was easy getting a grab to go to tourist spots as well. I was most impressed by the front desk staff.

A very good hotel near the airport. I will definitely come again. ✈️

Too small rooms. Some rooms have no windows. Too noisy. Too dark. The communal area is nice.
