As a first-time traveler to Vietnam, I was pleasantly surprised to discover La Serena Hotel & Apartment through glowing reviews on Tripadvisor. District 7 is a highly recommended destination on many travel sites, and this hotel turned out to be a fantastic choice. What made it even more appealing was its proximity to SECC, Vietnam’s largest exhibition and convention center. After a long and tiring flight, stepping into La Serena felt like a breath of fresh air. The warm, inviting atmosphere, the spotlessly clean surroundings, and the subtle fragrance in the air instantly made me feel at ease. My room was spacious and featured a large window overlooking the vibrant city, allowing me to admire the lively streets of Saigon at night. When booking, I had assumed that breakfast was included, but upon arrival, I realized that the hotel does not provide this service. Though initially a bit disappointed, the friendly and attentive staff quickly turned things around by recommending several nearby spots where I could enjoy authentic Vietnamese breakfast dishes. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend La Serena Hotel & Apartment to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Would definitely stay here again!
