Amazing breakfast(taste and choice). Good rooftop. Great concierge. Perfect location. Overall it was good but some very specific points of improvement : - They have a weird green light in the room always on, apparently it's the emergency exit light(the thing you're supposed to have in *public* corridor). Except it's way too bright to sleep and it wasn't on during my first night. They can't turn it off. No idea why they have it inside the room. No other hotels I've been in HCM or the rest of Vietnam have this. This is pretty awkward design as no one can miss the exit direction in 20 sqm even with smoke. - The curtain can't close completely/efficiently so if you're on the east side you'll be bothered by the sunlight quite early. - I didn't take the breakfast for the last night but they automatically charged me the price on my deposit. They had no way to control if I took or not the breakfast, so I had to insist. Not something you like to waste your time on at checkout time. - the wifi was poor(multiple time had the message ”will reconnect when the signal will be better” while the signal looked strong). Also can't connect a Nintendo switch to the wifi.

Esta es mi valoración de un hotel de cuatro estrellas, un total de 300 palabras: Hace poco estuve en un hotel de 4 estrellas y en general mi experiencia fue muy satisfactoria. En primer lugar, la apariencia del hotel es muy moderna y llamativa, lo que me hizo sentir muy cómodo. Al entrar al vestíbulo, me impresionó el personal cálido y amable. Brindaron un excelente servicio y manejaron todas mis necesidades y solicitudes con prontitud. Las instalaciones de la habitación eran muy lujosas y la cama era muy cómoda. Pasé una gran noche aquí. Los muebles y la decoración de la habitación son de muy alta gama, lo que añade una sensación de lujo a mi estancia. Los accesorios del baño también son excelentes y ofrecen artículos de tocador de alta calidad y una cómoda experiencia de ducha. Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, incluyendo un gimnasio y una piscina cubierta. Tuve una mañana estupenda en el gimnasio, estaba bien equipado y limpio. La piscina cubierta también era genial, me lo pasé muy bien relajándome allí. Las opciones gastronómicas del hotel son variadas y deliciosas. El desayuno ofrece una gran variedad de opciones, ya sean chinas u occidentales, para satisfacer a los huéspedes con diferentes gustos. Mientras cenaba en el restaurante, probé una exquisita comida local, que fue impresionante. Por último, me gustaría felicitar al personal del hotel. Siempre están sonriendo, siendo serviciales y muy receptivos a las necesidades de sus huéspedes. Ya sea en la recepción o en el servicio de limpieza, hacen un excelente trabajo. En general, este hotel de 4 estrellas proporcionó una estancia agradable y confortable. Desde el excelente servicio hasta las lujosas instalaciones, quedé encantado con todo aquí. Si tengo la oportunidad de quedarme nuevamente elegiré este hotel sin dudarlo.

Excelente relación calidad-precio y una ubicación inmejorable, sobre todo si asistes a una función en la ópera. Las habitaciones estándar son algo pequeñas, pero han sido recientemente renovadas con estilo. El servicio es encantador y atento, pero a veces se nota la falta de inglés. El desayuno es bueno, pero la mayoría de los platos favoritos, sobre todo las fresas frescas, no se reponen, así que tendrás que llegar antes de las 9 de la mañana para tener alguna oportunidad.

It is my preferred hotel when I go to HCMC for business even if location is so and so, but it’s ok for reaching out my work place with staying in downtown. A negative point for this occasion is that I should have had a better treatment in the room accommodation because my room was not equipped by Espresso coffee machine expected for the room level. Another point to be outlined is the SPA, as it seems too much expensive compared the standard in HCMC

Staying in this hotel was a lovely experience. The service, the free mini bar and stocked pantry on each floor with snacks were all amazing additions that helped make this stay a fantastic one. The only issue I had was with the poolside service where I ordered food but didn’t get any cutlery or napkins to use. I later ordered a canned drink but did not get a glass. It was the strangest thing. The hotel restaurant offered delicious food with great service.

From the outside the hotel does not seem so special, but immediately you approach the main entrance you are happily greeted and all doors are opened for you and you get a real 5-star treatment. The staff at reception are great professionals and gave me a rich person treatment even I got the room for a pretty cheap price from my point of view. From the inside the hotel is luxuryously decorated and the club room I got on the 21st floor had nice views. On the 24th floor you have a mid-size pool with sunbeds and upstairs from the pool there are three individual hot jacuzzis (both pool and jacuzzis open until 22:00). Before booking I struggled wondering about how good or bad the location would be, but believe me it does not have any importance where your hotel is since using the Grab app (Uber-like) you can get a motorbike or car ride to virtually anywhere in the centre for 1-3 euros.

The location is great!The environment is also great, the staff are very enthusiastic, and they have given us great room.It's a room with a corner window. The staff in the swimming pool are also very friendly. We will come back again.

Estamos acostumbrados a pasear a nuestros hijos y creemos que es aceptable. Tomar un taxi a cualquier lugar cuesta básicamente entre 50.000 y 60.000 VND. La relación precio/rendimiento está bien. La piscina tiene zonas para adultos y niños, y hay una pequeña sala de actividades infantiles al lado de la piscina donde poder dibujar. Nos registramos en el zoológico de Saigón, en el crucero de Saigón, en la oficina central de correos y también alquilamos un automóvil Ctrip para ir a la playa de Vung Tau por un día. ¡Los niños se mostraron reacios a irse!

And while I didn’t stay in a room with a panoramic view, the hotel’s overall ambiance and elegance more than made up for it. Overall, The Reverie Saigon is the pinnacle of luxury in Ho Chi Minh City. It’s not just a hotel—it’s an experience that embodies elegance, comfort, and world-class hospitality. If you’re looking for a truly opulent stay, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
