Last minute booking , I found treetop that attracted my attention, beautiful, the rooms were clean and fresh, the staff were absolutely accommodating, I even got fresh milk for my tea late at night, after having the most amazing steak with beetroot and red wine sauce, DELICIOUS!! South Africans love there meat, and this was to perfection, not to mention the awesome drinks , the awesome atmosphere, the Chef is from Greece and he made us feel so welcome, we chitty chatted with him and of course much laughter too, the sauna and jacuzzi with champagne, what can I say.... fantastic. Tony and Silvana thank you for making our romantic evening possible. Happy New Year. And thank you for keeping us up to date with everything, from where to leave the keys to warning us about the rain on the deck, in case we slipped. Treetop is a place I would recommended to anybody looking for that special something that you don't find very often.. And the prices were great too. Tack Bee

A magical place among the treetops with spa, pools, saunas and a nice bar. The staff is super efficent, warm & friendly and professional. The restaurant and rooms are absolute top notch! All in all, it's a hidden gem that I can highly recommend if you want something exotic and memorable that still has the best possible standard. 👍👍👍👍👍

Hi, Sitting in the pool with a cold beer on a sunny day up in the trees was a great experience. The food and service in the restaurang was good. But, don't pay extra for a 'Superior room' , they're not ! They might be superior at this hotel but are not any better than a standard room at any decent hotel. When we checked out we asked if we could buy a pair of flip-flops, this was ok so the extra amount was added to our bill that we paid. An hour later we received an e-mail stating that we were to pay an extra 150kr as we had taken a pair of flip-flops from the room. When I later coplained and suggested they could have checked our bill first I was was told this was no big deal and if it made me happy I could mention it any review I might write. it's a pity that the stay was spoilt by the attitude of the front desk.

Treetop is a hidden gem, right outside central Gothenburg. The surroundings are stunning and way that the buildings seemingly climb up the mountain side, gives the compound an almost exotic feel. I have never seen anything even similar to this, and it was a truly unique experience. Me and my boyfriend had initially booked The View, but the owner called us a few hours before our stay and recommended changing to The Glade, as this was more intimate. And we are so happy that we did. We got a tour of The View as well and it’s absolutely breathtaking, but felt like a better fit for slightly larger groups (maybe 4 or more people). As a couple, The Glade was intimate, completely private and absolutely perfect. The entire spa was incredibly well kept and clean. The staff was super friendly and service minded. They never hesitated to get us food and drinks, even though this meant many trips up and down the stairs for them. They also very quickly picked up on our preferences and came with personalized recommendations that they thought we might appreciate. All while making sure to give us the privacy that is the entire purpose of Treetop. The Glade was tucked into the cliffside, hidden amongst the trees to give us complete privacy. The fire was crackling from the wood-burning jacuzzi and the birds were serenading us as we enjoyed the fruit and charcuterie platters, we had ordered in advance. After soaking in the warm water, we enjoyed the heat from the sauna with a view overlooking beautiful Gothenburg. The bucket with cold water was an unexpected and well-appreciated treat after all the heat, as well as a source of laughter and funny pictures. The whole stay truly felt like the ultimate luxury. If you have the opportunity to visit Treetop, we genuinely recommend it. It’s such a unique location and experience. We found out that they are expanding and are already curious to see what else they will come up with, so we will definitely try to visit again. Hotel vecchio con stanze piccolissime che assolutamente non rispecchiano le foto pubblicizzate sul loro sito. Stanza vecchia con mobili poveri e senza ascensore. In piu il personale di notte abbandona l'Hotel. Attenzione che l'hotel è anche vicino alla ferrovia e i treni si sentono moto bene. Non lo consiglio a nessuno
