Perfect service, very good food, clean rooms I would recommend this place to everyone We came into a music summit period and enjoyed the atmosphere. Also ski possibilities are great Over 100 km of long slopes I think this is the best hotel in the region

Being far far away from home and probably the only International tourist in house at the time of my stay (it was a mid-week weekday) i felt so much at home at this premise. The staff here are like family, and they treat you with such warmth. Though it was basically windy throughout my 3 days stay, I was quite comfortable just walking outside in the snow and visiting the different premises in the hotel. Food is great here and so are the people. I have to give my utmost gratitude to Akmaral, the guest relations officer here at the resort, I have yet to come across such warmth and care from a front of house at any hotel, and I believe many hotels can learn from her. Right from the moment I arrived, she was there to walk me through the resort, I had arrived at 10am and figured it was too early to check-in but i was given a room right away. She took me around and even checked in on me the next morning. Coming from a tropical country, we are not too used to heaters in the room and I had a very warm and stuffy first night and was afraid to open my balcony doors as my room was facing the main road and had to be a little cautious for safety as a solo female traveller. Just sharing this to Akmaral, she quickly offered to switch me to a higher floor so I could open the windows and also checked in on me after. She would ensure guests are comfortable and would be there every step of the way. I’m an avid traveller and have been to many renowned hotels across Malaysia and globally, and I have to say, I’ve never felt more at home away from my home country. Thank you, Akmaral - you set the bar very high for guest relations officers! Would also like to thank Mete, the friendly gentleman who had helped me with my luggage, changing rooms and most processes, he’s got a very warm demeanor and extremely friendly. And also another young gentleman in the lounge (day shift) I had misplaced his name - always ensuring the fireplace was nice and warm (I think he noticed I was shivering a little), and wearing a smile ALL THE TIME! Will definitely recommend this resort to my friends should they ever visit Turkey and look for a winter holiday. Everyone here is just so warm and friendly. Thank you so much for having us. We are spent here three days and our small holiday was great. The food is really tasty and all guys who work there quite friendly. In the ski room you can find high quality ski equipment and get the best service as well. Thank you so much for everything.

It’s a wonderful place. The hotel staffs very kind and helpful, expacially restaurant staff. Breakfast and dinner are open buffet at the hotel. Great in variety and taste. Cookies, cakes and pastries served during afternoon tea and coffee are also wonderful. It is possible to fault the indoor pool, steam room, sauna and Turkish bath free of charge. Massage and spa services are paid. There is a playground for children and a large playground for all ages. The finishing area is at the door of Develi. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the finishing. You can go up the mountain with fun and chairlift. The only minus in my opinion is that it does not have a free shuttle service for the Tekir Gate The shuttle from the hotel to the ski area can also pass through the tabby gate as a ring. At least for some hours this can be achieved..

Best ski hotel ever! Especially all stuff Hilal, Hatun, Eleina and many, all of them from reception to Apres, 10 times food in a day with everything You need and shutlles to mountains, live music. Everything was super! Even if it is like 5 min walking to slopes, shuttles is at Your Service. Also cabins at slopes also!! Definetlly come back

Very good hotel restaurant the waitress hilal was amazing with a constant smile on her face and willingness…. when he walks around the restaurant with an incredible amount of plates in his hands, he resembles a doe going to a well in the middle of the forest
