maintained, but the staff's unprofessional behaviour ruined the experience. The reception staff, in particular, were rude and unhelpful, behaving more like goons than hospitality professionals. Very disappointing service—definitely not worth the stay.
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing stay! The room quality was terrible—felt more like a servant's room, definitely not worth . Basic amenities like body wash and lotion were missing. The TV had no active channels, and they provided an outdated 32" LCD instead of an LED. The paintwork was of cheap quality, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. Despite multiple reminders, the WiFi password was never provided, which was inconvenient. The movie tickets were advertised as free, but later I was told they were "complimentary" and uncertain if the movie would even play. There was no follow-up or clear response. Overall, the service felt unreliable, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you expect basic commitments to be honored.

Terrible experience with property and mm t both. I dont recommend booking from mmt. Property owner was allowing guest but not girl guest was allowed. It is couple friendly property. Mm t just wasted my time on long holds of calls but not given any solution. I left the property and haven't stayed because of this silly mindset. If you are booking from mmt, never book because they dont help and neither u get your cancellation refund back. I will call it a fraud.

Rooms are not cleaned and washrooms are also not clean. Toilet seats are broken in every room. Sofas with lots of bugs.

Big rooms good, cinema and water park with music we liked. We get two cinema tickets free ***** with our room booking good experience. We will definitely visit again for pool side party !

Mg resorts situated on the highway. Easy to reach, rooms sizes and cleaning is good. Cinema, water park, swimming pool, kids play area extra are present inside the premises.

If we stayed with family in day time reception staff will disturb we without any reason. So keep think before booking.

Very average stay. Not for corporates. Food quality is very average. Rooms are ok. Breakfast buffet is very very average.

It is resort cum hotel. It is having an open theatre, so each and every room bombarded with loud sound that is very disturbing. I had to left the hotel just in 2 hours after getting no resolution. Terrific experience!
