Very bad experience. No service, no food quality, no clean. I suggested to everyone pl. No book this hotel. You are better stay in **********. No electricity back up.

We faced a lot of issues at hotel- no food at all, no breakfast inspite of paying for it, geaser not working, broken handles, tap water for drinking was served, check in was delayed due to staff not available and hotel door locked, no cleaniless, foul smell from linen and beds, rooms and corridoors were not at all cleaned, lift not working. We were so that we has a booking for2 days but left the hotel after only 11 hours. I would like to have my money back.

Staff service provider is not well and room is very poor. Staff don't know knowledge to talk to person how to treat. And kitchen wass very poor service.

No service not cooperative no wifi terrible experience just have to improve staff talking they not listen to you and asked for extra money during checkout not changing bedsheets

If anybody want to stay here then be prepare to sleep without ac and light only fan is working. Not even a single plug is working for charging

The cleaning was not good even the washroom was not clean i told the staff for cleaning but there was no response given by staff my breakfast was included in the booking but the staff told me that in the morning the cook is not available for cooking it is the only excuse given by the staff, the led is not working allover experience not good.
