注意看，雙床的可能是一個大床加一個窄的沙發床。注意酒店地址是顯示的整天街的名字，司機不好找，點開地圖，可以看見酒店名字，那樣才能找到。做好心裏準備，英國不論走到哪，早餐都幾乎一模一樣，你很快就不喜歡吃了。

Having checked into a room which the heating had broken and only cold air blowing out. Moved to the only room left due to now full occupancy. Heating wasn’t on and a heater supplied at my request. Once the heating came on sounded like it had a bag of spanner’s in it. Turned heating off to rely on oil heater. Several times in the night the heating system would kick in and make such a noise, woke me 3 times in the night for both nights. Bed comfy but absolutely rubbish heating system in Room 7.

Room was freezing window left open! no heating it was broken so move us to a different room floor boards creaking really bad! Even in the corridors,Shower not work! Breakfast was cold! And are room never got cleaned very disappointed go outside the reception door fag ends every where disgusting.

Fantastic premier inn. Brilliant friendly front of house staff each day. Clean and well kept. Very quite too if your looking for a nice peaceful rest. Would highly recommend this hotel for either a short or long stay. Comfy bed / pillows and ample free parking.

Great stay in a good location. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Lovely atmosphere with a lovely view of the Canal. Had a great meal at the restaurant the food was cooked to perfection. Big shout out to Ben on reception for being so helpful and friendly.

Great customer service and care from Stephen and Bennie after arriving to find my initial "attempted" booking had not gone through After being stressed out - they handled the situation very calmly and wolked me though the rebooking process after confirming there was availability and then gave me a very spcious room to relax and unwind All rooms are decent here but there are a couple of special ones - which I am obviosuly keeping to my self as I will try and get them every time I am here :-)

I just returned from a fantastic 2-night stay at Premier Inn Hinckley with my friend, and I have to say it was a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for our needs. The highlight of our stay was the young tall lad at reception (I’m sorry I forgot his name), who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made us feel welcome right from the start and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay! 5 stars!

My husband and I stayed at Hinckley Premier Inn while visiting family, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, providing the perfect base for our trip. Bennie at the reception was an absolute gem! So lovely, warm and welcoming! They made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the area!

We have stayed here numerous times over the last few years and they fail to impress. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and eager to help nothing is ever a problem. Benny was very welcoming after we had a difficult day. It is our favourite premier inn we always feel welcome and we shall return.
