Premier Inn Hinckley

The normal good standard of the very clean rooms. Great shower and really comfortable bed. Staff on reception were friendly. Major downside - horrendously poor internet connection. The reception failed to give us a wifi code - not that it made any difference because it dropped out every couple of minutes. Also, in the bedroom, there was no information pack. No guidelines about meal times/restaurant etc...

Hinkley Premier Inn is located in a buisness park behind a garage. The layout of the hotel and rooms is purely functional with views from the bedroom windows onto a car park on one side and onto the side entrance of the restaurant on the other side. I was suprised to find room service and replenishing services such as tea/coffee etc was not automatically provided and I realised later that these services must be requested. It is not possible to open the window in the room and I found that the air-conditioning was too noisy to keep on. On a positive note, the room was very clean and functional, however, the over bath shower could prove difficult for individuals with reduced mobility. The bed was comfortable also the reception staff very helpful and friendly. Overall, having paid £157 for 2 nights room only, the servies provided and value for money was very poor.

Comfortable and staff very polite. Older property but very clean. Brewed Fayre was as expected. We had to ask for extra towels as only one set per room when two were occupying the room. Reasonably quiet area once pub has stoped trading. Handy for local amenities.

Stayed last night at premier inn hinckley Wasn't overly impressed for the £58 it cost. Although good location and only passing through. Rooms were clean but very tured looking, in need of a freshen up. The night was dreadful as the bed was like sleeping on concrete. They say the bed specially done for premier inn and you can purchase one for home. NO THANKS.

Just been on the phone to reception. I'd like to commend Chris for his exceptional speedy professional way he delt with my problem of a parking fine that i received while staying. Something that customer service head office couldn't do. Thank you Chris

Having checked into a room which the heating had broken and only cold air blowing out. Moved to the only room left due to now full occupancy. Heating wasn’t on and a heater supplied at my request. Once the heating came on sounded like it had a bag of spanner’s in it. Turned heating off to rely on oil heater. Several times in the night the heating system would kick in and make such a noise, woke me 3 times in the night for both nights. Bed comfy but absolutely rubbish heating system in Room 7.
