Very comfortable accommodation in pretty surroundings. The room had everything I needed for a business trip. Friendly staff. Tracy was very communicative and helpful, especially during the extended power outage (they have solar etc to navigate this) that occurred while I was there.

Tracy and Brian provided warm hospitality over our weekend stay and offered a few items to meet our requests as a family. Kings Hill is a wonderful location and made the daily commute to the Hilton Arts Festival really easy and convenient for us. The rooms were cosy and comfortable and so well equipped, we had a most enjoyable weekend and a happy stay.

The booking process was simple and the directions to find the Guest House were easy to follow. Arrival process was well organised. The room was well appointed and had everything needed so that I could prepare my supper and breakfast. The filter coffee was delicious and really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The view was beautiful and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

King's Hill Guest House is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Midlands. The guest house has everything you need, a home away from home! Very peaceful and quiet and the views are beutiful.

An absolutely brilliant little spot in Hilton. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Tracy is a marvelous host and the rooms are very comfortable. We had a lovely time and would most definitely stay hear again

Consider the age your guests. I am not completely digitally illeterate but it was frustrating to realize that I should havd downloaded the App before check-in. I am a frequent traveller it was the first time that I encountered the Auto Check-in in South Africa. US Yes I am aware of that check-in systme. South Africa is the 3rd World Country, be considerate to your elderly guests. The presurre to pay the final 50% as we getting out the car was very disturbing and unwelcoming. By the way I did find my ear rings in my husband's toiletry bag. My Apologies for that complaint.

I checked in after hours following a long day of travel and work when I arrived in Pietermaritzburg. I was met by a wonderful, and hospitable host who waited on my arrival. Would recommend to any out-of-towners or business travellers.

The host gave us a hostile welcome and I don't wish to go back there, if i could i would cancel the stay same time and go look for a better place to stay. We felt mistreated and undermined and were left with no choice but to stay there as we've already paid in advance
