The cozy space features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and smart TV with your favorite streaming services available. The relaxing yard area creates a Zen mood with its beautiful nature environment and water scenery. Again, this is also a shared property times with designated spaces as indicated. 3rd Party Bookings and Pre-Approval Required a.) Third-Party Bookings: We do not allow third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the same individual who will be staying at the property. This ensures accountability and respect for our neighbors and property. b.) Pre-Approval Required: Any booking request must be pre-approved. This helps us manage the impact on our neighbors and the property itself. Please provide detailed information about your group and the purpose of your stay during the booking process. c.) VRBO for Work: For stays booked under the "VRBO for Work" category, prior confirmation is required. This allows us to evaluate the nature of the booking and the number of guests. You can always reach out for special circumstances and we will do our best to work with you. Guest Disclosure Policy: To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all, all guests must be disclosed at the time of booking. Any undisclosed guests will result in a fee of $100 per guest, per day, and may also lead to non-refundable cancellation of the reservation at our discretion.
