各方面與價格不匹配，給我們的房間兩個空調都是壞的，讓換房間不給換，非要叫人來修，弄得滿地都是水，不建議來住，照片肯定是好看的，但是都是假象

Worth for money you spend. Amazing stay. Friendly staff. Specially name called Mr. Rakitha, who serves food. Polite, organised and friendly. Doing his job at his best. View is excellent. Food was delicious.

Me and my wife stayed at Crystal Sands in Hikkaduwa and honestly it was one of the most beautiful places we stayed in during our Sri Lanka trip. We booked the Sands Suite (2 Bedroom Apartment with Private Plunge Pool) – and it really felt like our own small paradise. The jacuzzi with the ocean view was just something else! Watching the sunset while sitting there was like a dream. Only downside was the jacuzzi jets – everytime we turned them on, an alarm would start after like 5 minutes, and we had to switch them off. Bit annoying cause we really wanted to enjoy the jets. The room was big, super clean and very comfy. The jacuzzi was great, and everything felt new and well arranged. Very calm and relaxing vibes all around. The staff were super nice, and the location is perfect – literally on the beach but also private and not noisy at all. Breakfast was the only thing that didn’t match the rest. It wasn’t a buffet, and the food options were really limited – like small portions and few things to choose from. Felt more like a tasting menu than a real breakfast. We missed the big Sri Lankan breakfasts we had in other places. Also, fruits were very little. But the view from the restaurant was amazing, right on the ocean. Wi-Fi was okay in the beginning, but weirdly I couldn’t play YouTube which was kinda frustrating. Still, overall, we had a lovely time. So many nice moments and memories. Would totally recommend for couples looking for a peaceful and romantic break!

We stayed at this beautiful sea view hotel for a romantic day getaway, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff with a refreshing drink and friendly smiles. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and we were guided to our room with care.

This was one of the best holidays I ever had in my numerous travels in all it's aspects of hospitality. Seamless check in to checkout smoothness. We were a group of three and all of us unanimously agree on this. Tastefully furnished rooms for superior guest comfort. The kitchen needs a special compliment for gastronomic experience combining refined tastes with meals curated with a fusion of Sri Lankan & International recipes. Restaurant service was most attentive but above all unobtrusive. Dilki who served us needs that compliment because her service and the Chef's mastery did justice to each other making our visit worthwhile. I had the opportunity of silently watching General Manager Wayne and found that he was a Master at conducting this Orchestra of Hospitality Team. A Must Visit place to all discerning travelers, and definitely worth repeat visits. Keep it up Crystal Sands!!

Location! Location! location! Peaceful setting yet a short tuk tuk drive to Hikkaduwa. Luxurious fit-out and impressive restaurant. Such friendly and welcoming staff. I was not well when I arrived and I cannot thank the staff enough for their concern, care and king coconuts.

My friends and I had the best stay in Crystal Sands for a weekend. We stayed in the Palm Suite. From booking to check out, the entire process was seamless. The staff was friendly and the food was exceptionally good. We ordered meals via room service several times because of this. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, quite a few times people ended up napping when they didn't want to. The ACs were strong and kept the apartment cool regardless of the humid weather. The apartment was clean with great amenities. We loved that there was an oven and a microwave, as well as a fridge and a freezer. We liked the automated Alexa who lowered and raised the blinds everyday. The rooftop restaurant was good with a decent breakfast spread. As this is an apartment, there were a few hiccups with functionality in a few cases, but they were not issues that took away from the overall experience. All in all, I recommend staying here if you're going to Hikkaduwa. It's about a 15 minute drive from the main hub, but there is parking, security, and a near empty beach.

We had gone for a stay with close friends... Enjoyed the stay and the hospitality of the staff there... Special mention of Dilki who's working there... We being vegetarians, they would go out of their way to make veg food for us... The balcony is beautiful and we spent hours there enjoying the beach.

This place is so well managed and the entire staff is extremely helpful and polite! They went out of their way to make our trip a memorable one! The zip line team was excellent too. For sure we are bound to be back for at least 4 to 5 days this time! Highly recommended for everyone to relax and chill in nature with peace of mind and security! Tasneem Nawab.
