Excellent!  A very big thumb up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Awesome onsen, grand lobby, incredible seaview, unlimited drinks, excellent staff and clean facilities and places. Those are my descriptions to this hotel. I have a very pleasant stay with parents (aged 80+) and highly recommend! Surprising me is the front desk, can speak fluent English, Korean, etc. Special thanks to Harada san 👍🏻, she did a great job and arrange a shuttle to drive us to the airport bus stop.  Drivers are very kind as well! Breakfast is good, value for money, lots of choices, Japanese style( like sashimi rice, mackerel, salmon for grilled) and Western(toast, salad) are very fresh. Highly recommended! For dinner, this is 90 mins semi buffet style…. Nice to try, due to the “semi” set does not offer choices, and we don’t eat beef, Huy (restaurant staff) nicely offer to change to pork (takes 10 minutes to prepare) and take another 5-6 min to cook.  To me, a bit rush to get other food to finish, especially you are accompanied with disabled parents! Anyway, thanks to him, we got special menu - seafood, for my second night dinner. Honestly, the price is expensive, not worth for people don’t drink alcohol. But if you are an alcoholic, there is wide range of choices. cocktail, chardonnay, etc are soso! One “cons” is the location is a bit off from Beppu JR, if u drive, highly recommended, my case is the car break down (Toyota shop really disappointing) especially u carry aged 80+ disabled parents.

Do note that it is outskirts of hiji, driving at night is quite quiet. The hotel doesn’t have private bath in the room so do take note as showering will be shared under traditional public bath house. Family bath house is available for booking only, which the staff let us use it during the two nights there. Thank you for the great service!

Very large scale resort. All the facilities have been renovated It is very rare to find hotel rooms that are larger than 30 sq.m in Japan The snake corner at lounge are great My family and I had a good time staying at this hotel

La habitación es muy pequeña, los pisos del baño son demasiado altos, el desayuno es sencillo pero se siente muy rica. El desayuno se acabó demasiado pronto, el tiempo japonés se acabó a las nueve. Un día, la novia no se despertó, le pregunté si podía llevar dos pequeños panes a la recepción, que se rechazaron...no es aceptable!!! Este servicio es peor que el hotel continental. Trip.com es un comentario de 2 estrellas, muy preciso, el hotel de rápidos de campesinos. Hay 24 horas de M alrededor, hay un supermercado en el otro lado de la M, recuerda! ¡Puerto de caja, no puede ser carné ni tarjeta IC. Vivir aquí es principalmente porque es conveniente llevar a los niños a Trio y a los parques de entretenimiento. Finalmente, el autobús aquí tiene que decirle al conductor dónde quieres parar. Si no lo deja, es fácil parar sin ver el mapa. Esta es mi experiencia en el autobús desde el aeropuerto de Gran Aeropuerto. ¡Recuerda!
