This is one of the best Premier Inns I've stayed in. Plenty of free parking. Very quiet location away from the road. Super comfy bed. Clean room. Friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to the sea. Some lovely coffee shops in the high street and a superb Thai restaurant (Simlan)

Maddi, was our server and she was very friendly, welcoming and helpful with our menu choices. She has served us before and is always cheerful and kind. There was a large choice of meals. The food was very filling and as we ordered. Great value for money. Thank you

Just like to say how helpful Debbie and the staff at reception were. had minor issues and they were fixed immediately thank you Debbie. Second time I’ve stayed here a would recommend. Thank you Debbie. Ps minor issues were really minor an not worth mentioning great stay. Thank you.

The beds were comfy, although the air conditioning unit wasn't working when we stayed and TV was slow, making it hard to change channels. We gave up in the end! Also the plug in the bathroom was full of black mould. That said the food at the globe restaurant was excellent and the staff were very welcoming.

A great few days had in Highcliffe ... This was the best Premier Inn we have stayed in .. Very quiet and well located in the town ... Set back from the road so no road noise .. Staff were excellent .. We will be returning .. Great area to visit too .. Loved it

Apparently no fixed opening hours for restaurant and bar. All closed earlier than I was told and food had to be hurriedly ordered. Medium steak came extremely tough and small. Staff were pleasant when you could find one. Very disappointed.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff, especially Maddi from Poland. Harry & James were good too. Friendly welcome in the restaurant. Good selection of food. No self service buffet in this place, but table order. Good choice of cooked breakfast. Ordered and it appeared very quickly. Maddi was very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy restaurant. The hotel reception were very nice and friendly the night before. Helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and tidy. Premier Inn's are always good in my experience. Bed was comfy as always! Shower was good. Nice choice of toiletries. Premier Inn never disappoint! Keep up the great work!!

Great value room and comfy very night sleep, purple palace does it again. Breakfast was great and excellent value for money. Some extra words as there really isn't much else to say, we love a purple palace, thnaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaak youuuuuuuu

Regularly stay at the Premier Inn Highcliffe. Consistently good standard and a very good location within easy walking distance of the coast. Staff are very helpful with a particular mention for Aidan and Ryan who were very helpful when I checked in this time. The Globe restaurant next door is good for breakfast and well run by manager James.
