«Estoy seguro de que algunas de las habitaciones aquí son muy bonitas, pero aunque mi era ”superior” (de acuerdo con Wyndham), no era una de las muy bonitas. Estaba en un ángulo del complejo atravesado por un lago, con vistas al parque de estacionamiento en un lado, y con una ventana a la zona de comedor en otro.
La ventana del área de comedor fue interesante en la mañana cuando, en mi ropa interior, abri las cajas para dejar en alguna luz y descubrí una multitud de desayunos.
Otras cosas que contribuyen a una experiencia subpar: bañera que no se drenaba, no hay salidas convenientes junto a la cama para cobrar, no hay interruptores de luz junto a la cama, confusionalmente colocados interruptores de pared, sin interés selección de canales de televisión. El bar cerrado a las 9?10? demasiado pronto.
El desayuno era agradable, en un bello, aunque pequeño, esquina de una habitación. La parte más antigua del edificio es hermosa.»

2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do, and we can determine if it’s possible to host your event. Good communication is key.
3. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee which includes vapes. Burning incense is also prohibited.
4. Late Checkouts must be pre-approved by hosts. Unapproved late checkouts subject to $350 fee.
5. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels. You will be charged $100 per stained linens and $20 per stained towel and $70 per stained sheet.
6. Quiet Hours start at 9 PM. No loud music, parties, or noises permitted at any time.
7. **PET POLICY** Pets are welcomed for small fee of $105 per pet, per stay. VRBO system only allows for the invoicing of one pet only. If you have more than one pet, we will invoice you for the additional pets via Money Request once your booking is confirmed. All unregistered pets are subject to a $210 per pet unregistered pet fee fine.
**PET REQUIREMENTS**
- No puppies under one year allowed. All dogs must be spayed or neutered.
- Guest must agree to keep dogs on leash when in unfenced areas.
- Guest are required to pick up litters after their pets both in and outdoors.
- There is a $150 fee for pet litters on the yard, $300 for litters indoors.
- Guest must not leave pets unattended indoors or in outdoor spaces.
