First if you have disabilities this ISNT the place to come. There is minimal support and next to no accessibility’s. We arrived late and was given our room numbers. One staff member to help with our bags. There were 6 of us, my mum and dad who are both disabled (my had can barely walk and my mum has osteoarthritis as well as fibromyalgia) my children who both have autism and myself who has fibromyalgia and my husband. We got in the lift and went up one floor then had to climb 4 staircases outside which were leading up a mountain. Before we attempted the stairs we requested to be moved to be told there was zero option to move unless we paid extra. To come back the next day. After finally getting up to the room me and hubby and kids had another set to climb up to find they had put our children in separate rooms! One with us and one with my parents. Whilst in the room we discovered our AC didn’t blow out cold air, only a musty awful smell and the only way to turn it off was to keep the balcony door open. Our fridge didn’t work and every time you turn the tap on on the bathroom it flooded the sink, we figured out there was NO pipes connected from the plug to the drainage! Again we were told there were no available rooms and they would bring us up a fan. Which they did, and it had no front on it so the blade was exposed. Baring in mind we have autistic children ♀️ We woke up covered in bites, room FULL of ants and boiling hot! Oh and Still no room change as no one had left.. The all inclusive was shocking! Breakfast was okay! With lots of options. every other meal was poor. They said they had different themed nights but it didn’t seem like it. The food was the same stuff constantly and there was zero options for children other than pasta. They lived on dry pasta and bread rolls and every 2/3 nights they had chips as an option. Everyone who had children had the same complaints. Everything was greasy and lacked any sort of flavour. The drinks were shocking! Only one beer option and your usual spirits. No cocktails included. I could help myself to coffee but to ask for ice to make it an iced coffee would cost me €3.50 ♀️ You could access any form of drinks between 9am and 11am unless you went to the shop. The pools are salt water with added extra salt every morning and my kids came home with rashes that the GPs over here didn’t know how to treat. They had them for nearly 2 months! It really really stung your eyes. My dad also got an ear infection! The slides were open 11-5 and were also salt water. It was manned by a lifeguard that was also manning the pool at the top and all the kids got in trouble for playing/waiting in the pool at the bottom of the slide. Even though there wasn’t any signs or anything. The pictures are very much out of date too, there isn’t a bridge there anymore. And when we did finally move rooms after 4 days and then again 2 days later as that room was just as bad we didn’t get a single room that wasn’t outdated and
