Hotel de calidad, limpio y muy útil. Prefiero que se atañen a las Flakes Frozen, “para los niños”, porque los Fruit Loops están llenos de colores artificiales, que no son buenos para nadie. Do wish the baked goods offered at breakfast were fresher. Dunkin’ and Tops are very close, so perhaps they can buy fresh baked goods there. El personal del frente de escritorio era muy amable y útil, pero varios de ellos, Matthew, Holden, y algunas mujeres cuyos nombres no conozco, incluso me ofreció una caja y una cinta de envío, cuando mencioné que tenía que enviar algunos artículos de sobreflujo a casa. El personal de limpieza es increíble. Son muy amables y útiles. Espero que tengan posibilidades de avanzar en la empresa. Los que tuve contacto trabajaban tan duro, ya sea en el tratamiento de lavandería, lavandería, preparación y limpieza de habitaciones para los huéspedes. En general, han tenido grandes estancias en este hotel.

Suite was clean. But pets next door and across were barking...Bathroom was part of the bedroom, so any one staying in the suite had to go thru the bedroom to get to it. Breakfast was OK, simple, eggs were dry and they ran out of some selections by late morning. Better food at Cracker Barrel!

I have been staying at this hotel almost a year regularly for my college student. Started staying in Aug 2023 and had what will be my final stay in August 2024. I’ve stayed so much I had basically become a platinum elite is just over a year. My visit in May 2024 was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. However, when I returned in July 2024 it was clear things had changed. There were several room issues that were reported to the front desk that I almost felt bad having to report them. The biggest things were a leaky shower head that we had to put towels under as to not hear it constantly leaking and our room being across from the laundry room which at 6:00AM every morning it sounded like a big party was going on in there. They left the doors opened to the room and were exceptionally loud. Of note this was the king bedroom suite so really the biggest room they offer and probably should not of been placed in that location. But my most recent visit to this location in August 2024 was beyond acceptable from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. The woman at the front desk was far from friendly, rude and had no clue what she was doing. I extended my trip by a day due to necessity and she swore up and down that this would not be an issue and it would be noted that we were occupying the room and extra night. Starting at 10:30 AM housekeeping started coming into the room and waking up my daughter who was just exhausted from having to move furniture up stairs to her new living space. She had some help but due to medical issues I could not do much. However even before that at 7:30ish there was a horrible noise of what was house keeping banging their carts around to get through a single width door. This resulted in a hotel guest thinking it was my room making the noise and calling us. We were sleeping so between the noise and call it woke us up. So I asked to speak to the manager to complain about the issues and I had to wait 15 minutes for him to even come out. He was inattentive and seemed like I was an inconvenience to him. He said he would investigate. I also reported that our key card worked to get into our room but not the outside door so I thought they should look into it. They just gave us new cards that had the same issue. Unfortunately, I had to go to housekeeping that day to ask for extra toilet paper. They only gave us 1 roll when we checked in. She had no idea what I was asking for so I finally found it on her cart and pointed to it and she gave it to me. There is no way to communicate what a room needs unless they clean it everyday which they have the save the planet kind of policy so they don’t clean everyday. Which I am not bothered by but would be nice to of had 2 rolls to start. Also given we were in a 2 queen bed room we should have had extra towels and did not to start with. That night I spoke again to the same front office staff about how I wanted a noon check out my final day. Again she said it w

El servicio para los honor es espléndida, el desayuno buffet esta bien servido. La atención de recepción fue estupenda sobre todo la buena disposición de Tom el recepcionista que nos traslado en la camioneta del hotel, gracias por su hospitalidad!

En la habitación está frío porque el calefactor no es suficiente!!!

El servicio en el escritorio delantero fue eficiente. Somos mayores y un joven que trabajaba en el hotel nos ayudó con nuestra maleta cuando llegó y nos negó una pista. Qué choque. 🫢 Ambos mis maridos intenté darle. ¡Así que buen comienzo! ¡Dale un alza! La habitación era muy agradable, y la habitación era muy buena. El hotel está situado en una buena ubicación, a pocos minutos de I-90, pero en una zona con muchos restaurantes y compras. Las cons-- las habitaciones sólo fueron actualizadas principalmente ...mi baño tenía papel de pared de peeling y los aparejos eran ruidosos. No me encantó. También era muy, muy ruidoso. El hotel tiene una gran variedad de equipos deportivos que se quedaban en el hotel y que corrieron por las calles y en las habitaciones que me rodeaban hasta muy tarde. No es necesario decir que no tuvimos mucho sueño y estabamos en la carretera dos horas antes de lo previsto.

I booked and fully paid for a room at the Fairfield by Marriott Rochester Henrietta/University Area in June of 2024. The reservation was made on ******* 3 days before check in. I tried to check in to the hotel with my young daughter after driving a long way. However, the attendant at the front desk was not present. After looking around the hotel for 10 minutes, she finally appeared. She acknowledged the fact that I had a reservation and then told me that there were no rooms available. I asked her how that was possible give my reservation. She said that she has been yelled at all night by people trying to check in with reservations previously made but they had no rooms available. She said that she told the manager to disable the online reservations but that management wanted to keep it on. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told that he was not available. There was no other hotel availability in the area because it was a busy night and my daughter and I were forced to sleep in our car at a rest stop due to selfish and greedy management. Do not stay at this hotel. Your reservations are meaningless to them.

Hoteles en Ellbos: Este hotel es un hotel de 2 estrellas. La habitación era muy limpia. El portavoz del hotel estaba desapareciendo todas sus páginas. El hotel tiene sólo una máquina de hielo y estaba fuera de servicio durante nuestra estancia, nota en ella indicaba que estaba esperando servicio. El baño era de tamaño adecuado. Nicemente arreglado, con gran espacio de contrabando. Secador de pelo en la pared. Ducha/baño combinado. Mucho agua caliente. La cabeza de la ducha tenía más de un sistema de pulverización. Hotéis típicos de papel higiénico de calidad barato. No hay ventilador de escape. El desayuno era sp****. Huevos abrasados y lo que creo era tostadas francés, pan blanco y 2 tipos de bacalao, 1 manzana, 6 tipos de cereales Kellogg, huevos cocidos, 3 tipos de zumo (que estaban de zumo naranja), café, y leche (que corrieron de leche mientras estaba allí, ambos 1% y 2%). Fui al desayuno a las 7:45 a.m., con el desayuno servido 6:00 - 9:00 el día que estaba allí. Los fines de semana tienen un tiempo de servicio más tarde. La capacidad de la habitación era más que suficiente, no estaba ocupado, Pero podría tener un buen número de personas. Situado junto al hotel es un restaurante Cracker Barrel. También hay una estación de gas en la carretera. Intenté hacer un comentario de 4 estrellas, sabiendo que su nivel de personal probablemente sea inadecuado. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.
