The room was nice but the house keeping sucks. They never left coffee in the rooms and they only came in the rooms every two days. Their breakfast is always the same . They needed to change it up sometimes. The only time something got done is when you complain to the supervisor.

Great hotel. Clean, and very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet is varied, and fresh, with a friendly M-F person in charge of it. I would prefer that they stick with Frosted Flakes, “for the kids”, because the Fruit Loops are full of artificial dyes, which aren’t good for anyone. Also have Raisin Bran, and other choices, more for adults. Do wish the baked goods offered at breakfast were fresher. Dunkin’ and Tops are very close, so maybe they can buy fresher baked goods there. All of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but several stand out, Matthew, Holden, and some women whose names I don’t know. Matthew even provided me with a box and shipping tape, when I mentioned I needed to send some overflow items home. The cleaning staff is amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. I hope they have chances for advancement in the company. The ones I had contact with were working so hard, whether dealing with laundry, trash, or preparing and cleaning rooms for guests. Overall, have had great stays at this hotel. The only caveat are the number of dogs, which hopefully I’m not placed near to, due to their barking, and my allergies.

We stayed here while taking our child to RIT, which is nearby. Our two-bedroom suite was clean and well-maintained and gave us ample space for a family of four. All front-desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good.

We were getting our son through his first-year "Move-In" at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), so we REALLY needed a comforting - as well as comfortable - place to stay. The Inn is welcoming, both through its staff and its facilities. Very spacious, the rooms are nicely laid out, clean and well-equipped. The staff was universally kind, helpful and knew extremely well our situation. We are sure to stay there whenever they have room for us. And the experience convinced us to sign up for the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.

A great property conveniently located to RIT, major shopping malls and eateries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well designed rooms. I got upgraded to a larger room due to my elite gold elite member status so our family of four had even more space than we expected. The have a nice indoor pool and that is open fairly late. The is also plenty of free parking (even when the property is nearly 100% full)

We are titanium members so stay at a lot of Marriott's. We travel to this hotel frequently & have always received extraordinary service from the front desk here. They always remember us! Marsha is surperb! Also Celeste in the breakfast room. Allison, one of the front desk managers is an absolute gem- outstanding customer skills! We visit Rochester once a year as a family and really enjoy it. This by far was the best hotel we've stayed at in Rochester. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Everything was in working order and I really liked how modern it was. I would agree with the other reviewer who mentioned the bedroom was a couple of degrees cooler than the other room - we found the same issue. I wouldn't let this stop me from coming back again. During our stay we accidentally left behind a piece of jewellery and were delighted when Julio told us they found it. It was promptly shipped back to us. We're so grateful this hotel's staff is not only nice but honest too!! We'll be coming back next year.

From the warm and friendly greeting to the goodbye a few days later, the accomodating staff met all of our needs as they have for our several stays over the years. The decor, comfy lobby seating, tasty breakfast choices ,large roooms and huge pool continue to make this our home away from home . This time we were dealing with a family member's medical problem and their kind words were very much appreciated. They were as happy as we were when there was good news. ! Thank you all!
