Truly a perfect escape for the weekend or the week. The house is just steps away from the boat dock. The dock is furnished with seating on the deck for tanning, or simply relaxing overlooking the beautiful view. Great location for fishing, swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, and boating! Enjoy excellent fishing right from the dock! Master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Room #3 has 4 twin beds (2-sets of bunk beds.) There is a futon that can sleep 2 in the living area. Security cameras are outside of the home. The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. ABOUT CHANDLER, TEXAS Chandler is only 7 miles away with many restaurants and bars, grocery stores, and hardware stores. Zip lining only 25 minutes from Chandler. Tyler only 16 miles and boasts a zoo, shopping, amusement park, skating rink, several movie theatres, any and all restaurants and bars.
