Balcony is in poor condition (rusted awning, concrete ceiling breaks open, rusted railings) Doors are difficult to lock or open (jammed, window frames warped) Good interior, many things are available and in very good condition

les parties communes laisse à désiré ,ascenseur vétuste, l'entré sent l'humidité,l'appartement : la cuisine et les chambres manque de rangements.
