Castle Gate RV Park

We showed up after hours and they were super accommodating. I accidentally paid for two nights when we were staying only one and they corrected it before we were even set up! The campground is very nice and had everything you could ask for. Will definitely stay again.

I’m curious as to your method of madness. Why do you park people right next to each other, in this case a permanent resident, when your entire park is nearly empty???? I’m sorry but I just don’t get it. 😡 This is a nice park but it takes away from the park when you do this.

This was the first stop of our trip through Utah. The campground was clean and well-maintained. The sites were large and well-spaced out. There is a busy road nearby but there's also a river which is nice and keeps some of the highway noise down.

Top notch place in Helper. Bathrooms are large and immaculate. Nice space between sites and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Visit the art galleries in town. Balance Rock restaurant serves breakfast all day and has beer- no wine.

Rented two studio cabins for the weekend which worked out great for us and our kids. Only issues were the bed and pillows, both were very flat and uncomfortable. Note: They are not really cabins, but trailers modified to seem like cabins with a porch added to the front

This review is based on our experience with our 40ft fifth wheel with 4 slides pulled by a dually pickup. Quiet little park near the little town of Helper. Easy in and out and not far off the highway. Friendly check in and we were guided to our site. Sites are roomy and have some nice trees which are not huge but groomed well and provide some shade. Interior roads are easy to navigate as well. There are train tracks across the street but the trains didn’t bother us much as they only travel by and we only occasionally heard a horn far in the distance. Also the road near the park is only lightly traveled. While we were there there was rain storm and some flash floods nearby. The park did quite well with only one area that seemed to flood a little. The rest just had puddles but seemed to drain quickly. The people working there knew of the storm coming and knew which end of the park was at risk. I think they were planning for the rain as that end of the park stayed nearly empty. Overall quite quiet and great internet service as well. We would definitely stay here again!
