The hotel's territory was nothing special, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and common areas was quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the smoke issue could be a deal-breaker for some.

Excepcional
EEVGENIIWe had a great experience at this Heihe hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with a tidy room and public areas. Our room was stylish and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay special and memorable.

Плюсы:
- расположение- центр города, возле ТЦ Хуафу;
- красивые номера, свежий ремонт, чистое белье;
- завтраки- в большей степени китайские, но есть что выбрать (рис с овощами, паровые булочки, сосиски и нагетсы, скрембл с овощами, тосты, гренки, вареные яйца). Кофемашина есть и чай чёрный пакетированный, молоко;
- система ”умный дом ”, шторы раздвигаются с кнопки возле кровати, в душе музыка играет, со светом тоже нужно разобраться, где что включается))).
Минусы:
- для семьи из 4 человек нет подходящих номеров, пришлось бронировать два номера;
- в одном из номеров душ и туалет были со стеклянными, абсолютно прозрачными стенками!! Не матовыми, все видно, и нет никаких шторок))) а выходишь из них прямо в комнату... Я конечно понимаю, что в семье нет секретов, но не настолько же))) Но в другом номере был нормальный санузел с дверью.
В целом рекомендую отель, если стеклянные двери санузла сильно смущают, можно попросить поменять номер.

UUsuario invitado入住體驗感很棒，網上刷到這個酒店名字很吸引人，風情假日酒店應該很符合挨着俄羅斯的異國特色。早上到的早前台美女協調給提前入住，剛來這裏都不太熟悉，詢問着聊了聊美女介紹的很詳細。坐電梯住的樓層高點拍照風情很nice 。屋裡沒有隱形消費，乾淨整潔。旁邊就是西餐廳，西餐，現磨咖啡，簡直太方便！問了前台夜市和早市，步行都很近，出門就是江邊和黑龍江。空氣很好！這個位置也太好了吧，就像去青島的海景房，總之，下次還來住這裏！

RRoman LPretty conveniet location, clean and tidy room. The service is both understanding and eager to help.
Room's utilities were refreshed each and every day.
The only downside is poor sound isolation, so we could hear what's going on outside our room pretty much all the time.

Но горячей воды нет, есть теплая, но и ее нужно ждать минут 5-10.
Кровати настолько твердые, что кажется, будто матраса вообще нет.
Телевизор не включался.
На ресепшене персонал вообще не реагировал на просьбы и никак не пытался решить проблемы.

UUsuario invitadoПрекрасно провели 3 дня в лучшем отеле этого курортного места!Наш номер в корпусе А был чистым и просторным!Ванная комната большая, с отличной сантехникой!Завтраки очень достойные в китайском стиле!Отдельное большое спасибо персоналу и службе охраны!!!Оперативно помогли найти и вернуть мой мобильный телефон, который я выронил из кармана в машине такси на заднем сидении Я с удовольствием вернулся бы туда снова!

UUsuario invitado五大連池鎮上最好的賓館，雖然設施有點陳舊，但是地理位置絕佳，去每個景點都很方便，走路100米旁邊的巷子就是鎮上餐飲最火的一條街。前台服務特別好，酒店太火定不到標間，衹能訂大床房。帶了個孩子，入住時嘗試詢問有沒有多餘的標間。前台説六樓有個標間，但水壓不好，不能給我住。看到我帶了個孩子，直接升級家庭房，還送了孩子早餐。入住之前就瞭解到整個五大連池酒店洗澡水壓都有問題，包括家豪。但是，親身體驗，3樓房間水壓特別大，熱水也充足，比很多酒店洗澡都舒服！

Vvictorwang98整體感覺還好，老闆很熱情。主動介紹景區分佈，並能給出旅遊建議。
早餐很簡約，住了三天兩晚，早餐以清淡為主。房屋很乾凈，出門前通知前台，會把房間打掃乾淨。
由於是在景區內（其實五大連池景區很大）所以不擔心找不到吃飯的地方，賓館的側面有一片飯店，本地特色就是礦泉鯉魚和鹵水豆腐。建議品嚐。
建議：能及時更新賓館相關訊息。

UUsuario invitadothe hotel is located in Wudalianchi rather close to Bus station. the junction with all the restaurant and shops is about 500 meter away. hotel room has a good size but bath room is very small and difficult to manage hot cool water. there is no refrigerator and TV does not work. the hot water pool is not clean.
