It’s a very nice hotel! The stuff is very polite and well trained, the room is big enough and cozy (I also loved the mattress) - it’s winter, however, it’s hot inside. It takes a bit time to get used to light buttons, but it’s okay :)

Проживали в данном отеле с 12 июня по 15 июня, бронировала номер deluxe с кроватью king size, но на момент заселения не оказалось свободных номеров данной категории и отель взамен предоставил нам двухкомнатный номер на третьем этаже. Номером мы остались довольны, свежий ремонт, каждый день уборка в номере, смена полотенец, докладывали в ванной комнате все необходимые принадлежности, чай, кофе, воду 4 бутылочки по 0,5. Работал один канал на русском языке, нам этого вполне было достаточно. Ключ-карту выдали в двух экземплярах, что очень удобно. На первом этаже в холле кофемашина, кофе бесплатно. У нас был бонус от Trip это поздний выезд, очень удобно, но если вы планируете воспользоваться данной услугой, то необходимо сказать об этом на ресепшене, чтобы сотрудники отметили у себя. Единственный возможно минус это отсутствие холодильника в номере, но для нас это оказалось не критичным.

房間佈局很緊湊，乾淨衞生，交通便利，酒店樓下有大的停車場 ，服務人員熱情。衹是洗澡間、洗漱台邊上沒有放衣服、掛毛巾的地方，有些不便。乾衣服可以放在洗漱台下的隔斷裏，也可掛在過道的掛衣間，那濕毛巾之類的東西呢！洗完澡還要到過道穿衣 😁酒店可以考慮怎麼改善一下下

一次開心之旅，房間乾淨，前台服務員熱情，前台服務生劉先生主動給我升級了房間，非常好，早餐太好了，種類太豐富了，而且酒店去中央大街，江邊，早市都非常近。最細緻的服務是，在前台櫃枱上放着，%75的消毒濕巾，針線包，一次性的口罩，太貼心了，點贊👍。

酒店超出預期，位置在市中心，很多俄羅斯人入住，硬件完善，服務態度好，主動升級到套間，門口車位很多，自駕遊方便，前台推薦的餐館也不錯。早餐六點就有了，特別豐盛，就是現磨咖啡要另外收費12元，總體非常棒，特別推薦，性價比超高。

Поэтому и в этот раз решили ехать именно сюда, и не пожалели!
Номера чистые, стильные ,красивые.
Из минусов
Не хватает зеркало на выходе из номера
Так как зеркало только в ванной.
Месторасположение далековато от центра.
Но это всё мелочи, в целом гостиница очень хорошая

とても居心地の良いホテル。部屋は改装されたばかりで綺麗で清潔感があります。私は試しに1泊し、気に入ったのでその後も数日間延泊しています。おすすめのホテルです。
フロントの方もとても親切です。ちょうどその日は雨が降っていたので、ビニール傘をプレゼントしてもらいました。また、アップグレードもしてくださいました。
ロビーには無料のコーヒーマシンもあり、ここ数日寒い日が続いていたので、ホテルに戻ってすぐに温かいコーヒーを飲めるのはありがたい☕周りにカフェを見かけないから、ロビーで体を温めます。
シャワー室の排水も問題なくタオルもふかふか。バスアメニティの使い心地も良いです。バスローブがないのでルームウェアは持参しましょう。
洗濯乾燥機も無料で利用できるが、2台のみだからタイミング次第かな。
立地もよく、夜市をやっている中央大街まで徒歩10分〜15分。散歩しながら行けばあっという間です。黒河口岸とも近いです。
ホテルの隣になるのかな？そこのエビ餃子はおいしいですよ。
