Very good hotel in hefei city with free upgrade as well from the front staff. The room is super stunning with many modern digital functions & garden view. The room service is also good. Walkable distance to shopping n night food street.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Swimming pool was large had the right temperature. The gym is spacious with all the right equipment. Morning breakfast was excellent choices. If you are a runner there are two parks nearby to run. Use the motorbike lanes to run for in the early morning.

Checking service excellent, requested non smoking - near elevator room.
They have free upgraded to the suite room which was the nearest to the elevator.
Short business trip and the front door drive way was confused.
Enjoy my 1st time staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel Hefei!

What a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Hefei.
Receptionist has been very nice and welcoming during arrival and helped us upgrade our rooms.
Room service was great as well. We ordered some dishes and delivered to the room less than 30 minutes. Breakfast serves with delicious and amazing food. We are also able to take out some cups of coffee before we head out. AMAZING!!!
Room amenities and cleanliness were also very good. Rooms are warm with great views. Guests service in the steak restaurant on the first floor were very attentive and friendly during our lunch and foods were excellent.
Lifeguard at the pool was really attentive and communicative with caution.
Location of the hotel is very convenient to we’re you can buy some food or go around and to have some drinks. It’s about 800 meters away from the food streets.

We had a great weekend stay at the Crowne Plaza. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (but didn't get to try the sauna or steam room). It's in a great area near some good restaurants.
