Qie Su Urban Boutique Homestay (Binhu Convention and Exhibition Center)

This is an apartment. There is no front desk and there is no interaction w owner except message through trip.com We arrive around 10.30pm at night. It was raining heavily and our taxi driver couldn't find the entrance. He was nice enough to do a second round of the area but still can't find. From map, we were basically almost there. At the end, he dropped us on the road with our luggage under the heavy rain. The owner did not mention about road diversion. The apartment is not really as expected as photos shown in trip.com. Owner hangs bedsheets and towels in the balcony. Palm tree was dried. Stainless steel cover as ashtray lying on the floor (floors vinyl board was burnt). There is no cooking utensils. No spoon fork or knife. We got 2 pairs of disposable chopsticks. Eventhough they have cooking hood, a fridge and washing sink. The bathroom is small and expect to get everything wet inside. The bed is not comfortable. The layering is thin and you will here the coil squeeking when you sit on it. There is even a cigarette bud in one of the room. I'm writing with all the negatives because of this place getting high rating. Actually is not as what expected. But, the location is just next to the Baihu Convention Center. So, that was a plus. May be there are not many foreigners traveling here hence, owner did not expect someone who couldn't read & speak Chinese to book the place.

在開發區紅星美凱龍樓上，樓下就有充電樁，很方便。老闆也很好，貼心的給我發了地址，和入住訊息，我們到的晚也很順利的入住，特別好。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，不吵鬧能睡個好覺。最重要的是，第二天，手機落屋裡了，攜程的客服特別給力，找到老闆解決了問題。了，特別感謝🙏攜程客服和老闆，下次來合肥還會選擇
