酒店地理位置非常好，對面就是裕隆廣場和銀興國際廣場，吃飯購物非常方便。園林酒店，佔地面積很大，綠化很好，停車場超大，免費停車。酒店服務非常有特色，辦理入住後前台贈送加温後的礦泉水，讓人感覺十分温暖。酒店佈局有些複雜，禮賓幫忙拿行李，送到房間。房間內有贈送的果盤，有夜晚用的酸奶和温水，還贈送了温温的銀耳湯暖心，有每日的天氣提醒，有小度管家服務，床鋪舒服。酒店早餐豐盛，味道很好，羊湯和胡辣湯好喝。酒店裝修有些年頭了，沒有與時俱進，也算是入住酒店的一點點遺憾吧。酒店房費很便宜，物超所值，性價比超高。

UUsuario invitado非常讓人驚艷的一家酒店，沒想到三百元的價格可以訂到這麼好的花園式酒店！地理位置也很好，直線穿過公園就是商場，吃飯購物很方便，也可以讓酒店的觀光車送到馬路邊，欣賞一下公園美景。前台副理都很和藹，有求必應。
酒店早餐也不錯，服務員幹活麻利，收拾的很快。
鶴壁是一個被低估了的旅遊城市，山好水好，空氣也好。

El hotel es conveniente para viajar y está muy cerca de la autopista. El hotel es espacioso y luminoso, limpio y ordenado, y el servicio está en su lugar. Quédate en un hotel como este y relaja cuerpo y mente.
El estacionamiento en el hotel es conveniente, el desayuno es rico y las instalaciones de los alrededores son completas. Especialmente el servicio es muy bueno y estoy muy satisfecho.

UUsuario invitado交通非常差，景區的路修的非常窄，我們下午不到兩點到的，在距離民宿700米的路段堵車了將近兩個小時到房間已經快四點了。
民宿內有一個很大的露天泳池這個還不錯，但是沒有秋千或者滑滑梯之類的小童遊樂設施，民宿幾乎到處都是樓梯和台階，沒辦法推嬰兒車，不適合帶低齡寶寶，比較適合情侶約會度假。
周圍沒有什麼水，步行100米左右有個碎石壩，裏面全是小碎石頭，水很淺，小朋友可以在這玩。
工作人員服務態度很好，比較熱情，但是早上剛9點整到餐廳已經沒飯了，沒有雞蛋和主食，菜零星還有一點點。
如果是想帶孩子玩水不建議來，堵車的時間都到信陽了，同等價位的房間，周邊雲台山、石板巖小鎮、重渡溝、白雲山全部風景更好，交通更便利，設施更完善。
