Quality Inn Hayti North

Don’t stay in this hell hole. The first room were given had not been made. The second room had feces on the toilet seat. While the front desk person was helpful, the owner arriving the next morning did not care one bit. Only excuses. Don’t stop at this place. There are several other hotels nearby.

You would do better sleeping on a park bench! There is a reason why there are no refunds at this hotel. Room 224 looks like the door had been kicked in at least once as the sheetrock behind the door had a horrible patch job. Most of the corners had splits, there was a spit bottle left behind in the top of the closet, water damage by the AC unit, the bathroom light switch had tape on it wth a note telling guest not to turn it off and there may be more but i dont remember. I requested a room change and was moved to room 222 and it was better but not by much. 222 had water damage on the ceiling that was somewhat painted over. The paint on the bathroom wall was bubbled out from water in the walls. The bathtub wasnt cleaned, the floor hadn't been swept. The mattress cover hand giant dark brown stains around the edge. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept in.The pictures online are extremely inaccurate. I tried to add pictures but the website wont me.

Never again The room look like the ceiling had been wet at one point, and there was mold growing in the corner The bathroom had a plastic tub and where the surround contacted the tub was mold No carpet on the floor had a cheap laminate The mattress was so old that it sagged in the middle

The room was not clean appeared to be mold on the ceiling There was hair in the bathtub and the mattress was walled out in the center

I do want to say the night front desk lady was very nice, but this was the worst experience I’ve had in a while. The first room we were given had mouse poop every where, piles in the corners, the bed and on the chair. The second room we were given the card reader was broken. Finally the third room the card reader worked, but the door was like sealed shut. The lady had to use a master key to get inside. We had to stay because it was so late. The next morning after our hunt we were told our door would be fixed, but the manager had no idea about it. He was rude and pretty much said well you can go somewhere else. So we did we called the near by Drury inn and they got us in right away. DO NOT STAY HERE!
