Premier Inn Hayle

This was a last minute decision after a very difficult journey and the desire to not get caught in yet more traffic. Immediately I was helped to relax by the friendly staff who greeted me and made me feel welcome. Once checked in I found that the room was quite clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable. I needed a few things seeking help from reception staff and I think the young womans name was Tilly, was so helpful and really made my day so thanks to her. The hotel is located near food outlets and some shops including an M& S. Plenty of parking on site as well, I’ve not stayed here before but thanks to the most friendly staff I might make it a regular stop when working this way again.

Nice comfy bed, lovely breakfast… but seeing as I finished work at 8pm and checked in and dumped my bag at about 8.30pm, to my dismay the bar was calling last orders at 9.30! I wish to unwind after a 12 hour shift and to me that’s not up to much.. could do better in that department..

Great premier inn great service great staff Tilly and Haydn on desk are amazing. Such a laugh really made our stay enjoyable thank you both new girl Jamie also brilliant will return to this hotel when we visit Cornwall again. Room spotlessly clean which is also the added bonus

Great premier inn very clean great service hayden and reece good on desk re booked for summer thanks for the hospitality breakfast ok.... did not eat dinner went elsewhere and ate locally taxis were cheap trevaskis farm up the road worth a visit

Great stay, very clean. Been here a couple of times great location and right near the beach. Shame about no sea views. St Ives 20 min drive. Penzance and st Michael’s mount down the road. Left property at the premier inn. Tilly arranged to get this sent back. Received with pleasure. Haydan checked us in we opted for early check in arranged room to be ready by 12 midday. Was delighted with this Quite location. Clean hotel. Lovely service.

Stayed here with my friends just after christmas. I/we thought the price was high...but it was worth it. Checked in Jan 3rd until 8th. Wicked stay. Was nice to see some old faces on reception but also nice to see new... been staying here now over 13 years. Sarah Aidan were the 2 i can remember but also a lovely young girl, blonde hair? We had rooms 114,116 and both were very very clean. New beds since we last stayed and they payed off.... Rooms are a little outdated to other premier inns but still, very very clean.
