Premier Inn London Hayes North

DO NOT STAY HERE, IT’S UNSAFE!!!! We watched the thieves mid-theft robbing our tools from our van after robbing the van next to us too. We have them on video. 3 men with distinctive logos on their hats and jackets. They had clearly been tipped off by a staff member. There were other incognito vans which had been left alone but the sign written ones were broken into with thousands of pounds worth of tools stolen. After talking to other contractors that have stayed in this hotel, they have had their vans broken into and tools robbed from them too. Even the reviews on trip advisor highlight the robberies. The police told us that they had been called to robberies at the hotel 8 times in the last two weeks. Staff don’t care, CCTV is not shared which highlights our suspicions of an insider tipping off the thieves. We even had to pay for the car park after being robbed.

Very comfortable and clean room, excellent check in process. Friendly staff, very large breakfast, double everything! Serving staff were very good Jagjeep and Karen. Will certainly be back and would highly recommend this premier inn, great beds as usual.

I had originally booked a twin room but the day before, amended it to a family room. However, on check in, they had no record of this which was frustrating but Amit on reception was incredibly helpful! He sorted us another room at short notice, made up an extra bed up for my daughter before he finished his shift and was so considerate. The room was clean and comfy, it had a very small bathroom but did the job for 1 night. I do feel the hotel in general is tired and in need of a freshen up though. We were disappointed to discover the bar area of the Grapes had been completely closed down but the restaurant area was still in use. We had breakfast the next morning and the lady serving on the Sunday morning (6th Oct) couldn’t do enough for us. Polite, attentive and had a smile on her face (which is rare to come by these days). The staff really do make this hotel, keep up the great work

Hotel is Alright, little bit old and you can see that it has it's best days in the past, but it is very clean and has a good parking. Restaurant is great, surprisingly tasty food, fresh and good portions, and very good service from Jagdeep&Irvin&Mait

I had a nice stay. Location was very convenient to me. At reception a staff name Amit was very helpful.Looks after the guests in a polite helpful manner. Thanks Amit. He is a credit to the hotel. Thanks.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had dinner and breakfast and all of our food was excellent. There was, however, a limited choice of drinks available. Our room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The only downside was a strong smell of drains outside reception and the restaurant. We stayed one night prior to flying out of Heathrow and our needs were fully met.

While the Hotel room itself was clean, they need to be updated some call it old world charm its dated, we found the cleaning ladies friendly at all times and nothing was to much bothered for them and thank you for that, but that’s where it ended the male receptionist while you couldn’t call him outright rude he was very unhelpful we did try and engage with him on a few occasions but head down and not interested, on the one occasion he did it was to say if the courtesy phone for the taxi wasn’t working I could ring the number myself. No such thing let me call them for you that might have been helpful, breakfast was reasonably priced we didn’t go back for day two or three, thankfully Costa was across the road. Disappointing overall it’s a shame

Tired room needing refirbishment and smelt musty. Service foir dinner was appalling. Only one person serving everyone. I was first in and other people were served before me. I waited more than 2 hours for a 2 course dinner for one. My desert was served 2 hours from when I sat down. A tradesman's van was broken into on the car park while we were eating dinner. Everyone was worried about their vehicles after that. I will not be staying here again.

I came in uk from USA to enjoy my holiday.I was staying in 124 and Checked in It was a very nice stay with the gentle staff . Specially Amit was very kind to help me every time on the reception made a nice stay in 29 /08/2024. This hotel only has 5 stars only for Amit because he was very kind to be honest about the entire stay and helping during booking cab as well .And a few days later I came to the reception for a request clean room . There was one of the ladies at reception black t- shirt who was very rude talking with the me . She needs to learn how we should talk to guest ... Saman Shrutaorajna Check out 08/09/2024
