As ever, Premier Inn delivered. Got a really good price for the night. Only 6-7 minutes walk to Hayes & Harlington station, so easy to get the first Elizabeth Line train to Heathrow for my flight. Easier and cheaper than being at the airport.
Really friendly member of staff on duty helped me when I couldn’t self check-in.
The room was clean, warm and quiet. Just what I needed and wanted.

It was near airport, just one stop by tube. It was just a walk of about 7/8 minutes and you are at the entrance of hotel.

The toilet was blocked I was told they got contractors in emptying the pipes which was a lie. All night the toilet was making noises was blocked then the shower water wasn’t going down so the bath was filling up. When asked to see manager I was told no manager. At 11:00 they said I can change room which wasn’t any use as 1200 check out. Up till midnight I was keep having to go to reception to tell them the toilet isn’t working. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks I email to complain I’ve not had a reply. I’m a regular customer as I go there weekly.

Premier inn is gradually declining this was just a bed for the night. This site has limited parking very dirty entrance and gives a poor first impression. However the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Due to lack of staff in the restaurant service is slow not their fault senior mismanagement responsible. If you want a cheap room for the night and eat elsewhere this will do. Romantic weekend or business meeting site forget it.

We've stayed here a few times before as it's so convenient for the M4 and Elizabeth Line. However on this occasion my son managed to fail to pack his iPad and we checked out without realising. When we hurried back to the hotel at 9.30pm that evening in a panic his iPad was waiting for him, labelled with our room number. Thank you very much to the honest staff for looking after it for him. Plus the breakfast staff are lovely, particularly Dilli who looked after us so well.

Overall the hotel is decent, mainly down to the location as it's right near the Elizabeth line. Staff are friendly and on hand, although the automatic check in needs looking at it, as it was broken so checking was a bit slow. The room did have a mouldy smell to it like someone had recently been sick on it, that was first impression walking in. Bed was comfy. If you need a place to sleep for the night then it'll do the job.

Lovely, clean hotel. Fantastic staff, easy check in. Lovely, cosy, very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was fresh and tasted good, staff were brilliant - male on reception/ bar especially. Overall a great stay and would use again should the need arise

I stay in a lot of Premier Inns and this one stands out for a good reason. I had an unintended extended stay and I found the staff in the restaurant especially Vanessa and Aiskar extremely friendly, helpful and personable thanks girls for making my stay a really pleasant experience :-)
