Stayed for 3 nights to visit a friend at Hayling Island. Ideally located a short drive to the island, and very convenient for Portsmouth and Chichester. Got the train from Havant (short walk down the road) to Portsmouth Harbour, trains run every 15 mins all day and much better than driving to central Portsmouth. Bus stop also near the hotel for another option. Plenty of amenities nearby if needed. Got exactly what I expected from Premier Inn, spotlessly clean and comfortable room, helpful staff and a good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay here over the weekend visiting family. The rooms were immaculate as you’d expect for a premier inn check in was easy as was the onsite parking which is a handy bonus. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant the food was good and the service was spot on. Big shout out to Helena nothing was two big of an ask made the stay thoroughly enjoyable

Great hotel, quick and easy access to local tesco and main town. Room was massive compared to other hotels, and every part of it was nice and clean. Lovely full English breakfast, and always pleasant, smiling staff. Would easily book this again if I need to.

Very comfortable stay, room clean and quiet despite busy road nearby, tasty breakfast. Convenient location for visiting Portsmouth and nearby towns and plenty of shops a shirt walk away via underpass. Free parking. Would definitely stay again.

You get exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn - comfy bed, clean room and efficient service. I would add that the staff were excellent in all respects, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Could not fault our stay in any way. Food and drink excellent value for money.

This Premier Inn lived up to the standard we expect, all staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too trouble, good food and reasonably priced, clean and tidy hotel and grounds, for those on a budget the meal deal is a good option this includes a 2 course evening meal and an all you eat full english breakfast.

Room and reception staff were good. Food, however, was awful. Just wanted a quick meal before putting kids to bed, but after an hour and a half not one meal, in a party of 8, was correct or edible. Ended up with hungry and tired kids and having to get a refund and going to nearby McDonald’s!

Hotel was clean & tidy, receptionist friendly & helpful BUT terrible food tried to be passed off as edible after almost 2 hours of waiting with young children. Whilst I appreciate the meal deal is a cheap dining option what our group were provided was terrible & probably the worst dining experience ever. Full refund obtained before we left.

Had to travel south for Aunt’s Funeral. Booked into PI Langstone as convenient for where the funeral was. Staff were lovely when we arrived, really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Used to stay at a different location when we came down to visit family but will be happy to stay here next time!
