El hotel está en una buena ubicación, a poca distancia de todos los lugares de interés y está muy cerca del emblemático Hotel Nacional de Cuba, ¡que es una visita obligada! El personal es increíble, especialmente el frente de la casa/recepción, el personal de la piscina en la terraza de la azotea y el personal del bar de la planta baja, todos amables y serviciales. El desayuno era una buena variedad de opciones locales y continentales, estilo buffet con una variedad de bebidas y jugos. Utilicé el gimnasio y la piscina, fue una buena experiencia. Hotel muy bonito y personal muy agradable. No deberías esperar la fantasía de los hoteles caros de otros países, pero está bastante bien. El desayuno está incluido y la comida es buena. Entre los hoteles de La Habana, se puede decir que este es uno de los mejores. Cuando estuve los precios eran muy baratos, pero justo antes de irme los precios subieron mucho. Pagué 31 rublos por 5 días. La ubicación también es muy conveniente. En el patio trasero hay una pequeña piscina para niños y adultos.
En general lo recomiendo, quedé satisfecho. Después de este hotel, me quedé en un hotel por 60 rublos en la Ciudad de México y aquí no hay ni la mitad de las condiciones, ni siquiera hay una cafetería básica y en lugar de aire acondicionado hay un ventilador. En La Habana todo fue genial en este sentido y muy, muy limpio. ¡Recomiendo!

El desayuno es el único punto positivo, que cumple con los estándares nacionales de cuatro estrellas. No entiendo cómo este hotel obtuvo un 4,6 en Google...
El guía turístico chino local sólo recomienda el Kempinski, al otro lado de la calle, en el casco antiguo, o el MELIA, gestionado por una empresa española, en la ciudad nueva. Todos los demás hoteles en Cuba son empresas estatales gestionadas por los militares.
La habitación huele a humedad y hay cucarachas dentro. Cuando se abren las ventanas para ventilar, también se percibe el olor a gasolina de los coches clásicos por toda la calle. El punto clave es que el aislamiento acústico no es bueno. A menudo hay gente. cantando y jugando en la carretera por la noche, por lo que no se puede garantizar la calidad del sueño.
La presión del agua en la ducha es buena, pero no hay pantuflas, ni acondicionador, ni bolsa de agua caliente... Si no fuera por la habitación comunicada, no habría reservado este lugar y nunca iré. Allí otra vez. Definitivamente reservaré Kempinski.

La infraestructura es definitivamente la mejor de la zona. Al menos se proporciona agua embotellada todos los días. El desayuno es rico más allá de la imaginación. I stayed in Room 351 of Gran Hotel ManzanaKempinski La Habana from August 12th to August 14th, and now I am complaining about the poor service of the hotel restaurant staff, guest service manager andsecurity during my staying!
1. At around 22:00 on the evening of August13, after finishing the meal in hotel restaurant, the cashier refused to acceptcash payment, and the attitude was very unfriendly. I asked why, and therestaurant staff didn't give any explanation, and said very unfriendly thatthey don't accept cash. Why did you accept cash in the first day, but didn't accept cash payment in the hotelrestaurant on the second day? Why do the same hotel have different management rules andstandards? And didn't told me in advance. The restaurant service is so poor, is it because the meal timedelays the employees from getting off work normally? Or are there other reasonsthat lead to employees not having a sense of service? If cash service is notaccepted, why wasn't I informed before I entered the restaurant? May I ask themanager of hotel restaurant, has there been any training for the restaurantstaff?
2. Complain that the guest service manageron duty of the hotel has a poor service attitude and cannot provide areasonable explanation to solve the complaints to your in house guests. Theattitude is very bad and intensifies the conflict between the staying guestsand the hotel. Does not reflect the duties of the Guest Services Manager on duty.No explanation as to why the hotel only accepts credit cards and not cash.Threatened to call the police. The point is that I didn't refuse to pay afterthe meal, but wanted to pay the bill with the cash. Why did she want to callthe police? This is threatening the hotel guests!
3. Complain about the poor attitude of thesecurity guard on duty and lack of awareness of service. It is like theunderworld threatening the guests staying in the hotel.
4. Complain about the service of the hotel.We are two ladies and took a baby who was only one year old. All of those staffof the hotel did not have the concept of customer-oriented and the most basicmorality of caring for minors, and deliberately made things difficult In-houseguests who spend at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, guest servicemanager and security in the hotel are not worthy of working in a five-starhotel like Kempinski, which brought me a very unpleasant stay and experienceduring my stay in this hotel.
