My room was very clean. The linens were clean, white and soft, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk agent,Mars, was very helpful and accommodating. There are several eating establishments within walking distance of the hotel. The channel selection on the TV was the worst part about my stay.

Hotel was very clean. Joe Hubbard and his crew were very friendly always cleaning and I cannot tell you how much that meant to all of us. We were there for our son’s wedding and having a clean hotel to stay at made our trip all the better. We have stayed at other hotels in Hattiesburg but found this Home2suites the best. We will be back in the spring and will be back!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and both times have not had hot water when showering. This time I asked the front desk. I was told there were no water problems but sometimes you have to wait 15 minutes. First, if you have to wait 15 minutes, you have a hot water problem. Second, this time the water ran for probably 20 minutes from start to finish and the water still wasn’t hot. I’m addition, when water is used in our room or rooms adjacent to use, there was a loud cracking sound in the walls. The water pipes expanding I’m assuming. This was incredibly inconvenient at 4am when someone around us started to use the water. No more bars of soap. Liquid only. AC cuts on and off loudly. No constant fan available. Nice combo with the crackling pipes.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I would like to share the most disappointed experience I had in a Hilton Hotel. I usually stay in Hilton hotels because the quality and personal is really good. This one, good bedroom( not the best) but was fine, clean, kind personal… no complains until they charged me 500$ dollar extra. I received the bank notification after leaving the hotel like 1 and half hour later. I called the hotel and they say that the charge is because I stole a “cooking Pot”. I called of course the police, my husband at the same time called to do a report with Hilton… I called several times to the hotel and the supervisor and manager never say their name.. never say the name of the housekeeper and the supposed manager shouted at me saying: or you return the pot or pay 500$. Of course I already called a lawyer, I have the police report and I am not going to be charged for something that I haven’t done. I would like to know different opinions. Why the didn’t give me their names? Why after 4 calls I am accused of harassment when Iam trying to understand who report the situation and my first language is Spanish so I couldn’t understand what was going on? Why should I think? Who rob the pot that I never saw: the housekeeper, the supervisor, the manager? They should have identified. Please, I accept counseling in this case that never happen to me because Hilton doesn’t work in this way… a lady from Hilton customer service is helping me as well to try to identified the personal. No words at all, just don’t go to this place. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

My wife and I were traveling through Hattiesburg looking for a place to stop for the night and take a swim. This quick stop was perfect with a clean pool and outdoor surroundings. Price was right and the room was clean and accomodating.

The pet policy is ridiculous it cost the same for one night as it does for the entire week. In other words it’s $100.00 for one night or $100.00 for the entire week. We have a 4 lb Maltipoo that we put in a cage if we are not present in the room
