Very lean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, everything worked, couldn't fault it at all especiallyfor the price compared to other hotels. The hotel is located in the centre of Harrogate with a car park right beside it. It holds about 60 cars and l was fortunate enough to get a space but if you dont I believe there is another car park a short distance away that has more space. 24 hr parking is 12.80. The hotel is located above a bar and there are 3 or 4 other bars opposite so there was noise from the street but this stopped around 2am. I was on the first floor though so maybe it isnt as obvious higher up in the hotel. Didnt have any reason to really interact with staff but when i dis they seemed polite. Would definitely stay again.

Betty, Milo and the team are always on hand to help. So super friendly they make your stay much more relaxing. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Ideal relaxing place to stay which is well situated to suit all. I’d recommend for travellers families and work people alike.

We stayed on a Saturday night and were kept awake until 2.30am by the heavy dance music coming from neighboring bars. An okay place to stay otherwise but the shower pressure is rubbish!

Hotel was clean except the bathroom which has marks all over the bath. Worst part is the lack of sleep due to the nightclub opposite. The rooms have zero soundproofing so the room feels like it is in the club. Asked to move to the back of the hotel where it would likely be quieter but apparently they were full - conveniently!

The hotel seems clean , staff are very friendly nice nights sleep dead centre of town so ideal for nights out ect. Plus weatherspoons is just next door for breaky , no noise from the people in town love the breakfast box if you in a rush , also a good location for walkers and explores of the yorkshire dales.

The room was clean and comfortable and I'd happily stay here again. BUT be aware it is right by the centre of the clubs and pubs of Harrogate and at a weekend this is lively! Noise was huge and went on late. Sunday night was silent in comparison

This hotel is awful! Beds are uncomfortable, room less than basic I've seenprison cells on tv documentaries which were better than this. Bathroom had tiles loose ,bath should have been replaced as bottom had a large repair which was very obvious and unpleasant and complimentary shower gel was non existant. The worst part was the NOISE, bumping music until at least 3.00am, impossible to sleep. Asked if we could transfer to the other travelodge but not allowed, was however offered earplugs! We had booked for 2 nights but ended up loosing our money as we had to move to another hotel and pay again for 2nd night. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Terrible hotel, noise levels are off the scale loud. Not just from surrounding pubs/clubs but from the hotel itself. Parts of the bathroom were coming away from the walls and the bath had very obviously been patched up. When I complained and asked to transfer to another travelodge I was offered ear plugs. We left after one night it was so bad

The worst place to sleep ever. The rooms are a like a boom box, all the sounds from outside continue until 3am. The solution when you call reception, I can bring you ear plugs. Why not just soundproof the rooms and actually care for your customers?
