Premier Inn Harlow North (Harlow Mill)

El personal era muy amable y servicial. Dio indicaciones de tráfico para evitar las obras viales locales. La habitación estaba muy limpia y de buen tamaño. Estaba satisfecho con la hora de salida tardía. Desayuno muy agradable con una buena variedad de opciones.

Así que hice una reserva para una boda en agosto, el hotel no tiene aire acondicionado y el sitio web no dice esto hasta que reservas y obtienes las tarifas. La parte más impactante es que les expliqué que tengo hijos y cómo ventilo su habitación si hace calor. La sugerencia fue mantener las ventanas abiertas y me pueden dar una habitación con puerta. Mis hijos tienen 2 y 5 años. Esta es la sugerencia más ridícula que he escuchado: ¿qué pasa con nuestra seguridad? ¿Qué pasa con la seguridad de los niños? ¡He tenido que perder mi dinero! y reservar más! SI TIENE NIÑOS NO RESERVE, no hay ascensor ni aire acondicionado/ventilación a menos que deje puertas y ventanas abiertas

Lovely and clean. Plenty of free parking. Very quiet overnight. Would definitely stay here again. Drive to Stansted around 25 mins. There is a Beefeater restaurant next door. We didn’t use it but it looked popular on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you Premier Inn

Disappointing with the facilities as the bathroom was leaking from the toilet and there were no other rooms available. Kind staff that offered complimentary breakfast as compensation which we unfortunately could not accept as we had to leave early. Bedroom itself was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Just really bad luck about the bathroom.

First time at this hotel, location was good for access, looks the part on the outside, secure car park but gates don’t get locked.Stayed in reply on 10 on the ground floor, handy for reception, the room was poor in comparison to others at other locations I’ve stayed in. It had a musty smell, including the bedding, that smell was transferred to my clothing , it was quite cold although there was a heater in the room, that seemed to keep the room warm at the higher level but the floor was really cold. Too cold to shower. The bathroom was tired and not cleaned very well. I did complain regarding the smell and left a note for cleaning staff, no response received. Room was over priced for the quality observed. I will be visiting the area again soon but will avoid this hotel.

Thank you for a really pleasant stay! The reception staff were really efficient and helpful (I believe the young lady was called Rosie). It was rather busy on arrival and everybody was dealt with in a swift and professional manner. I would recommend this location to any friends and family.
