I had high hopes for Le Roi Haridwar Hotel, given its claims of being one of the best in Haridwar, but my stay on March 31, 2025, was a complete letdown. My wife slipped and fell on the stairs at the hotel entrance that morning, and what followed was shocking. The staff did nothing to help us—not even offering essential assistance or concern. Worse, the hotel didn’t have first aid available, forcing me to scramble for bandages and medicine on my own to tend to her injuries. The lack of care and professionalism from the staff was appalling, and it left us feeling neglected and offended. For a hotel that markets itself as top-tier, not having something as essential as first aid is unacceptable. We checked out immediately after this incident, as we couldn’t trust the establishment to prioritize guest safety or well-being. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking here—our experience was far from the hospitality one would expect.
