This was a wonderfully unexpected experience. We wandered into this very nice town and got a room here. The rooms were clean and nice. The service was great and everyone was kind to us. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning and enjoyed everything about our stay.

Have just returned from a most enjoyable short stay in Hardelot. The hotel is very clean, well situated and the breakfast was good. It had been hot but the hotel provided fans for each room so this made the sleeping bearable. The reception staff were very helpful and had a good command of English.

Comfortable room with air conditioning in heart of village. Secure parking at the rear of the hotel. Option to have buffet breakfast in the hotel or walk across the street to the patisserie which opens at 0630

We arrived at 12.30pm hotel very nice on entering but straight away gentleman behind desk said checkin 3pm, I said any chance of earlier as we have been travelling and hotel was empty, no 3pm, we parked car and husband came in a another gentleman more helpful said he would try for earlier, they got our room for around 1.30pm, the room nice but bedding had stain and was told it’s just a wet patch. We checked out early next morning, no one there, so rang bell a few times and a girl in jogging bottoms and vest top comes out of a side room, half asleep, we had woke her up. Could be a lovely hotel but needs some staff improvements and dirty bedding just shrugged off not acceptable

Hardelot is a lovely place to stay, with a wonderful beach and walks through the woods and the dunes. Les Jardins is a well situated, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We could not find fault with it. The rooms and their facilities are very good. The breakfast room is lovely and bright and the buffet is excellent and reasonably priced. We stayed two nights and would happily have stayed longer!

Chambre triple avec balcon super calme et situation centrale dans la rue commerçante à 2 pas des restos et de la plage. Petit déjeuner très bon. Service et personnel efficace et très gentil. Hôtel à recommander pour un court séjour en famille.

Idéalement situé en plein cœur de la station d'Hardelot, l'hôtel est réellement agréable. Super accueil à la réception par une jeune fille très sympathique. Notre chambre donnait à l'arrière, donc un calme absolu et très appréciable. La chambre etait très propre et parfaitement équipée. La literie quant à elle etait divine et nous avons passé une bonne nuit. Le petit déjeuner est parfait :qualitatif et quantitatif. Nous avions également pris une place sur le parking privé. Bref, un très hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix où nous reviendrons.

Le point le plus fort : hôtel très calme bien insonorisé (notre chambre était côté parking!). Literie parfaite et propreté de la chambre, petit déjeuner très correct. Enfin l’hôtel est en centre-ville et en quelques minutes à pied on est sur la plage.

Hotel en plein centre d’Hardelot , proche de tout. Très bon accueil, chambre joliment décorée et literie confortable. Service de chambre très bien. Petite déception concernant ce qui pourraient être des détails: pas de coffre fort, pas de bouilloire ni nécessaire pour se faire un thé ou une tisane dans la chambre, pas de quoi poser sa valise sans faire autrement que de la mettre sur le lit. Prix de la chambre conséquent + 150€/ nuit sans le petit déjeuner lequel est à 14,50€. Petit déjeuner qui a été très décevant : viennoiseries sèches et insipides, jus industriel tout comme les sachets de thé. Seuls le fromage et les yaourts étaient excellent ainsi que le pain aux céréales. Le reste ne présentait aucun intérêt gustatif ni qualitatif pour le tarif demandé . Dommage! Rapport qualité général prix très moyen .
