衞生也相當贊，馬桶真的可以用鋥亮來形容！
位置也不錯，出小區就是索菲亞教堂，是非常方便。周邊吃的 玩的 商場 醫院啥的都很近，步行可達。
小區旁邊有個地下室美食街，有家牛雜麪嘎嘎好吃，才12塊錢。真的便宜哦！
總之來這肯定是不踩坑！值得推薦！

We stayed here a total of 8 nights. The hotel is like a small boutique hotel, very nicely decorated, although the carpeting is a little old. It is situated near Chinese Baroque street where food is accessible. Breakfast shops include dumplings,noodles and a famous bread shop. The hotel staff were all very polite courteous and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions for directions. The lady staff was very helpful and kind to us and she helped us made the booking for airport transfer via taxi in the wee hours of the morning. Front desk service is excellent. It is also good location and one can easily hail a taxi outside the hotel, or walk to the subway station 400m away. There is water heater, but it may take awhile for the water to heat up maybe 20min, which was not a problem. The bedding and mattress are sufficient and comfortable to sleep on . The room does not have heater, only air conditioning, but it’s still okay. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you for everything!!

來哈爾濱旅遊的，算是老客了，前後住了好幾次了。首先，我是提前一個禮拜定的，因為確實生意太好太火爆了，臨時定週末節假日啥的基本都是沒房的，所以可見真的不錯。老闆娘非常客氣，總是笑嘻嘻的，就給人感覺很親和，很舒服，特別熱情好客。
房間：有投影儀大床房，大床房，麻將房啥的，房間挺乾淨的，阿姨收拾的特別勤快，冬天來的話地板上都是熱的，這點南方沒有，很贊，房間挺大的，洗護用品每天都一換的，在小區裏面，所以晚上很安靜的，睡得很舒服。
價格：很親民，真的不貴，週末會稍微貴一丟丟，提早訂就好了
地段的話，在平房區哈南大學城附近，酒店位於綠色新城小區附近，吃飯超市基礎配套都有，晚上四五點鐘往大學城走幾分鐘有夜市小餐車，便宜好吃管飽，要往市區方向走的話，可以乘坐公交車，1元錢，或者打車到新疆大街地鐵口，上地鐵後到醫大二院換乘三號線坐兩站可以到哈西萬達商圈，地鐵大約27分鐘（不含進站，等車等時間），去中央大街差不多47分鐘
美食：我跟我對象三年把周邊的店都吃了，強烈給大家推薦幾家，
火鍋類的：重慶火鍋串串（66元免鍋底，人均40，串大肉多）；串串演繹（18元自助，蔬菜免費） 還有一家大福炭，新鮮現切牛羊肉，五六十一斤，很好吃
早餐：蒸蒸包（奧爾良雞肉包、雞汁鮮肉包強推，稀飯無限量免費加）
烤肉：將軍令（喜歡吃大塊肉的可以沖），還有一家出賓館路口右轉，自助烤肉八十幾一位，名字忘了也還行
主食：燜麪（推薦豆角豬肉，人均40 很大一盆）
反正，自己體驗吧，強推閉眼沖，祝生意興隆

UUsuario anónimoEl diseño popular es muy especial, no hay estilo en todo el valle de la nieve, el precio es muy alto, la familia de los jefes es muy entusiasta, la introducción de los proyectos alrededor es muy real y la comida también es deliciosa.
Lo único que es un poco amargo es que la presión de lavación es demasiado baja, que la agua que sale de las flores no es abierto, sino que es una agua que sale como un dragón de agua, y la temperatura de la agua no es muy estable. El hábito de lavar el suelo del sur es un poco incómodo.
La ubicación del pueblo está en el centro de las dos zonas prósperas del valle de la nieve. No puedes estar cerca de la noche, pero hay una colina de nieve detrás de la cual puedes esquiar, hay miles de personas que pueden esquiar, no tengo miedo de nada jugar

老闆娘還幫忙拼了哈爾濱到雪谷來回車 還給小朋友準備了玩雪的工具 全程什麼都不需要我自己操心 對於自己帶小朋友出門的我簡直是神仙老闆
老闆娘媽媽做飯也是非常好吃的 比我們在哈爾濱吃的好吃 外邊雖然很冷 但是室內很熱 建議要來的小夥伴準備一件短的t恤 在室內穿

UUsuario invitado他家鍋包肉挺好吃，之前在哈爾濱吃過兩次都能掛漿了，他家的孩子説好吃。
環境設施和他家圖片一樣，床單被罩上還有摺痕，應該是新換的（不過我自己也帶了一次性床單）。就是衞生做的不徹底，房間裏的茶杯裏有好多煙頭（上一個住客也挺霍霍人的），衞生間裏的兩個用過的牙刷明晃晃的擺着。
住的第一夜早上被凍醒了，看到房間有空調，就問了下遙控器在哪裡，上來一位有些歲數的大姐，問我有沒有什麼説道，噼裏啪啦和我講了一堆，我都沒怎麼説話，最後她説 如果不願意住可以退房，真的是莫名其妙。這個東西擺到那裡不是讓客人用的嗎？
其他人服務態度還都挺好的，但是這件事讓我很憋氣。不想折騰就沒理她，最後也沒找到遙控器。老闆，你家員工該好好管理一下了，並不是所有租客都是一鎚子買賣。 所以服務給了三分。
房間裏確實有臭味，不是太明顯，大面上看起來也乾淨，不過老闆應該看看邊角旮旯，那個臭味好像東西很長時間變質了才有的。有可能哪個租客吃的東西掉到縫隙裏了，比較隱蔽 所以沒有被發現？
奔着鍋包肉以後還想再去，但是嚇人的大姐還是算了，真的會攆客
