Very clean room and the shower was amazing.
They offered us the breakfast in the checkin day for free and they let us stay in the hall for few hours before our train.

My hubby loved the hotel as even though I'm from the outside it looks like a basic and small hotel but the interior design is nice and cosy and clean. We are given a trip room and even though the room size, the room was comfy and clean. The hotel isn't as close to central walking street as I thought it is. So end up we still Didi to the walking street. But opposite the hotel there is a supermarket which was nice to shop and also nice restaurant around the area. The price paid is really worthwhile. We will not get such a hotel standard with this price in Singapore. The only cons is that the hotel by the road so the traffic sound can be quite loud. The breakfast spread is also quite decent.

哈爾濱火了，整個消費完全跟不上，去了三個城市，哈爾濱體驗最最差
酒店貴，衞生差，房間，廁所味道極其臭
我們帶孩子晚上回到酒店，房間非常冷，摸了暖氣棒是冰的，打電話聯繫工作人員過來，告知這一側的房間到時間全部關了，這麼冷的天關了暖氣？要求打開，告知開不了，叫我們開空調，空調開不熱，風吹出來都是冷風，極其無語，小孩大人一個晚上睡不踏實，凍醒。第二天全部鼻塞。

房間比較小，續住的衞生搞的超差，我們一行5間房，住3晚，第一晚小孩把凍柿子水搞到桌子上沒處理乾淨，結果後面2晚每天打掃衞生都沒處理，床單被套也都不會換，不是5星的服務，唯獨前台的服務人員熱情，服務周到，後勤需要改善

房間很乾凈，各種設施齊全，服務也很貼心，住的天數多，還送了早餐，早餐樣式多，還有現場製作熱湯麪，感覺很好，離各大景點也不遠，值得入住！
