A newly refurbished hotel and I really liked it. It is a bit difficult to find, but right between two metro stations and just two stops to the Snow and Ice festival. Really liked that there was drip coffee in the room, and a good breakfast. And heated toilet... The video of the hotel and river behind is a bit too much as there is another building behind the hotel that takes most of the view. The restaurant is not open at night.

Hotel was new, clean and in general good. The location is nice, too. The problem why I can’t give fully 5 star rating is, I booked a room with a river view, and instead got a room with a view towards another hotel. Girls at the reception desk apologized and even gave a little gift but that wasn’t their fault for sure. First impression was ruined.
On the picture I upload is the view from my window, can you see any river there? Lol

It was definitely a super pleasant stay, with sleek room design, tea set and delicious tea to prepare yourself in room, and strong water, good ventilation toilet. Staff was really friendly and helpful and show genuine care when talking to guests. Breakfast was good too, and am glad it was like the usual hotels that breakfast ends at 9… this hotel allows breakfast till 1pm.
Bummer that it was winter hence no air condition is available and it was actually quite warm at times, and with window opened the main road is a little noisy and when wind blows, the door rattles and quite noisy. But overall I would return again if I am back in Harbin

保潔阿姨早上遇見會挨個打掃房間，回來整理得很乾凈整潔，抽紙和飲用水都換了。
環境：
報業集團和規劃館中間，毗鄰松花江。地鐵公交方便。
温馨到店歡迎禮:手霜、耳塞、漱口水……挺實用。

酒店服務一流，入住和退房都有小禮物，早餐很豐富，加菜速度快，第一次入住早餐從7-13點的酒店，爽翻了，不耽誤我趕早市，體驗當地的早餐，更不影響我品嚐酒店的美食，早餐直接變成了我的中餐。要惜下午茶我沒去體驗，時間不夠用啊。特別誇下酒店的大個子，很熱情地幫我們提行李箱。酒店的位置也很棒，離2號線很近，邊上就有老廚家，鍋包肉，地三鮮，麻醬拉皮都好吃，小雞燉蘑菇，和燉大鵝都想點，北方菜量太大，南方土豆胃口太小。下次去還住安納縵

화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 나서 좀 힘들었어요. 호텔 자체는 굉장히 틱톡에 나올법한 미래적인 .. 뭐라해야할까 버튼 누르면 쏼라쏼라혀넌서 불 다 꺼지고 커튼 자동으로 닫히고 그런 신기한 시설이에요. 물도 잘 나오고 다 좋은데 화장실 하수구 냄새가 좀 나더랍니다 … 근처에 그 꿔바로우 유명한 식당도 가까워요 근데 호텔앞은 약간 대로변? 좀 썰렁해요
