Great hotel in songbei area. Very near to snow ice festival. Staff are warm and welcoming. Best of all room come with all the necessities. Though location is abit far from city but this is the best hotel I stayed in Harbin out of the other 3 hotels I’m staying. Definitely will come again. Thank you to all the staff here

The hotel room is very nice and they had good service. Although the location is quite far, they do provide shuttle bus service to the scenic places.

酒店顾客服务很好，员工有礼貌，they are very helpful & prompt to action. Whenever we asked for fresh fruit or toiletries refill, they responsed quickly & politely. They also provided daily 1x free shuttle service to the nearest train station, which we find this very helpful.
The room is spacious & clean, facility is new (no chemical odour). We are allowed to upgrade our room with rmb1. The room is equipped with smart curtain control & heated toilet seat, I personally like the towel for their fluffiness.
Overall the hotel is beyond expectation, the only fallback that the hotel is located slightly far from tourist spot, however the good side is we get a calm rest at night & it is close to the train station (大耿家)。

朋友從馬來西亞專程來哈爾濱來看冰雪大世界，為了招待好他們，我前期網上看了很多酒店，覺得他家性價比最高，評價也都不錯，果真和想象的一樣，朋友入住以後，非常滿意。酒店新開業的，設施齊全，房間整潔乾淨，景區有免費接送服務，入住還有伴手禮，朋友因為水土不服，前台知道了還送了健胃消食片，朋友走之前特意讓我誇誇這個酒店，她們第一次來中國，來的第一個城市就是來哈爾濱 ，爾濱很美，這裏的一切都給他們留下了美好的回憶，因為她們不會漢語，所以讓我幫她們留下英語評價，希望國內外的遊客朋友都可以感受到賓至如歸的體驗：“clean and comfortable room，excellent service and delicious breakfast！highly recommended.”

這個酒店太棒了！從最開始決定帶孩子去哈爾濱出遊就開始選酒店，有點潔癖的我選了又選，看了又看，看差評看的都想放棄出行了，後來看到了這一家，僅僅衹有5個差評，而且好評如潮，費用還比我預算低。事實證明真的沒有選錯，這個酒店太好了！
入住酒店有司機到地鐵口接站，司機師傅人非常好，下車迎接，笑臉相迎，幫拿行李，上下車提醒孩子注意，讓我們感覺特別暖。每天的出行都有司機師傅接送到地鐵站，雖然酒店稍微遠一點，但真的很值得入住。
不止司機師傅，還有酒店的所有服務人員都非常和氣，前台有個美女小姐姐，看上去就笑盈盈的，説話也温温柔柔的，讓人非常舒服。還有前台一個帶眼鏡的高大帥哥，我們要坐公交去哈工大，這個帥哥怕我們找不到，親自帶我們到車站。
不止服務，房間舒適度也拉滿，對於有潔癖的我來説都覺得滿意。房間非常寬敞，床的軟硬適中，床單被罩乾淨柔軟，讓人安心入睡。衞生間還配備了智能馬桶，使用體驗超棒。而且每天都有水果盤。贈送的早餐質量也不錯，樣式非常多，味道也不錯。
原來計劃去冰雪大世界，兩天入住這個酒店，第三天去火車站附近酒店，但孩子都喜歡這個酒店，不想換酒店，我們就又把原來定的退了，又加住一天。
總之總之，真心推薦！！！強烈推薦！！！

前台服務人員服務意識非常棒，有個戴眼鏡的前台經理十分敬業，親自帶客人去看房間，歡迎水果也很豐富，水果里居然還有櫻桃🍒，房間裏都是智能設備，基本上語音都能控制，屋裡衞生也很乾凈，裝修也是我喜歡的那種，早餐里居然有鍋包肉，簡直太好吃了，美中不足就是隔音稍差，其餘真的是沒話説！

過年來哈爾濱玩了九天，這家是我住過性價比最高的酒店無之一！！我輕易不給好評的，最大的兩個亮點，第一就是房間設施很完善智能，第二是服務人員服務超級熱情，堪比海底撈服務了。最後説一點小小的不足，就是套房裡沒有冰箱，但已經非常非常好了，下次來還會入住。
