Hoteles cerca del Hagia Sophia, Harbin

We had a room for 3 persons and it was clean and big so we stayed comfortably for 4 nights. It has a washer in the toilet. The toilet is a bit small and get all wet when shower but we requested for a mop and mopped it after each shower, the floor was dry in minutes so no issue for us. Communication thru Wechat was fast and efficient. Everything we requested for was provided for almost within minutes. Location was good for us as it is near Line 2 metro which took us to the Ice Festival site, Sun Island and Zhongyang Walking Street and we strolled to Songhua River as well. It is just next to Sophia Church as you can see the picture taken from the window of my room. Not all rooms facing the church so if you want the view, you may need to check with the person in charge to find out which room has the nice view. Overall we like our stay and will definitely book again if we come back.

La habitación es grande y el baño es privado y tiene buena privacidad. Es adecuado para traer niños. En la planta baja se encuentra la Iglesia de Sofía, el mercado de alimentos Lili, la calle Central y la estación de metro, que están a solo 15 minutos a pie. ¡La ubicación es muy conveniente! El desayuno también es muy bueno y puedes quedar con amigos extranjeros en el restaurante todos los días.

location is extremely good for shopping. accessible and very good distant from airport considering all the shops are mostly around here. but the service from the front desk is questionable and there is nothing homely about coming here. this is not important but it is just a bonus if the hotel seriously focus on giving customers the feeling of coming home. when ask questions, they mostly dont really know how to assist you but just bluntly tell you to search online. ask for transfer ride to airport, they ask us to call the tour company next to their lobby to ask ourselves. ask for late checkout, they said it is not their usual practise and make it seem difficult. at the end, i just check out by 12. if i do come here, i believe for the price, we can find some hotel with much better handson service to give customer the service experience we are looking for in terms of hospitality.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la iglesia de Santa Sofía, a solo 3 o 4 minutos a pie. El recepcionista es muy amable y servicial. La foto de trip.com es similar a la habitación actual y es 95 % igual. La habitación todavía se ve nueva y está limpia. El vestíbulo del hotel tiene calefacción gratuita. Volveré a este hotel.

Booked 1 night stay for our driver. It was a basement unit without windows, while i booked via my tour agent was the bigger room. Experience was good, reception very welcoming and helpful.  Always smiling. Place was clean, both cleaner aunty was very detailed in their housekeeping.  Location very near and walking distance to Daoli Market, Central Market and Sophia Cathedral. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends * this hotel come with AI control, and BEST was its with Aircon!

La ventana y la puerta de vidrio de la entrada principal parecen tardar mucho en limpi****. pasarela, mostrador, vestíbulo, colocación de mercancías en todas partes, mala gestión. Llegó el momento y miro el edificio, polvoriento y sucio. Sin embargo, la habitación todavía está limpia. La habitación me quedo con fugas en el lavabo del inodoro. Medio ambiente: Este es probablemente el hotel con mejor ambiente cerca de Central Street. En comparación con otros hoteles que han estado abiertos durante muchos años, el ambiente aquí es realmente excelente, lo cual es bueno para mi estética. Me encanta, me encanta Servicio: El servicio es aún más considerado. Abren la puerta de forma proactiva y son muy exigentes. El día que fui había 180 chicos guapos en la recepción, jajaja. Higiene: Al estar recién inaugurado, es casi impecable. El desayuno está disponible hasta las 10, por lo que puedes quedarte en la cama. Instalaciones: También hay un gimnasio y una sala de lavandería, lo cual es muy amigable para mí que he estado fuera por mucho tiempo. La ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar a pie a Central Street, la iglesia de Santa Sofía, la Torre Conmemorativa de Control de Inundaciones y otras atracciones famosas en unos 10 minutos. Es conveniente ir a cualquier lugar si quieres ir a Barroco o Hielo y Nieve. Mundo, hay varias líneas de autobús abajo. Esta vez Recomendado por un amigo local, el hotel que elegí es muy satisfactorio. Solo si te quedas bien puedes pasar un buen rato. ¡Así que pruébalo!

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

El hotel cuenta con una excelente accesibilidad al transporte público, ya que se encuentra a pocas paradas de tren del recinto del festival de hielo, con una estación de teleférico y una estación de metro (Youyi Gong) convenientemente ubicadas al otro lado de la calle. También se encuentra a poca distancia a pie del centro comercial más cercano, que ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones para comer. Nuestra familia realmente apreció la ubicación. A nuestra llegada, fuimos recibidos calurosamente por una oficial de servicio, una señora que nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje hasta nuestras habitaciones de hotel. Mostró un comportamiento amistoso y una actitud de servicio encomiable. Además, cuando nos íbamos, otro miembro del personal, que creo que se llamaba Geoff, nos ayudó a subir nuestro equipaje al taxi. Su amabilidad y disposición para ayudar fueron dignas de mención. A pesar de la sencillez de sus funciones, se requiere un esfuerzo considerable para relacionarse con numerosos huéspedes diariamente manteniendo una actitud positiva, y merecen un elogio por su dedicación. El desayuno buffet era generoso y a un precio razonable. El principal inconveniente de este hotel se relaciona con la limpieza. Si bien en general está ordenado, al ser un establecimiento antiguo, podría beneficiarse de una mayor atención a los detalles, en particular con la aspiración de las alfombras. Reemplazar las alfombras por pisos de madera de vinilo podría mitigar la acumulación de polvo y sería más fácil de mantener. En general, el problema de la limpieza no es particularmente crítico, ya que no somos demasiado exigentes. Creo que la ubicación privilegiada del hotel y el servicio excepcional brindado por el personal mejoran significativamente su valor, y no dudaría en reservar este hotel nuevamente.
