My husband and I stayed two at the Minerva Premium Hotel in Hanoi on two occasions. We loved our stay the first time so much that we booked again on our return to Hanoi. The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful especially, Jamie, Steve (the manager), Sonny, Kate, Lin and Xun. They were all outstanding. Each of them made our stay so special and memorable. The hotel is new and in a fantastic location to walk to Hanoi sights. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful and spacious. We chose a room without windows and it was wonderful. We did not miss not having a window. Clean crispy linens and lovely robes. Large clean bathroom beautifully designed. The hotel gave us a complimentary welcome drink on the roof top bar which overlooks the city. We enjoyed a drink at sunset which was spectacular. We started each day with a delicious buffet and Ala Carte breakfast on the 10th floor restaurant. Lin served us each day and we loved her enthusiasm and professionalism. We asked for stronger coffee and Steve the manager went out to buy stronger coffee and special filters to ensure we loved the morning coffee.. it was perfect. Jamie helped us book us a 2 day/1 night trip to Ha Long Bay which was wonderful. We stayed at Minerva Premium Hotel for a few days before traveling north on motorbikes for a few weeks. When we were in the north of Vietnam riding motorbikes when we heard about Typoon Yagi. We had to make emergency plans to get to Hanoi with our motorbikes. Jamie who works at the front desk at the hotel helped us book a luxury overnight sleeper bus with our motorbikes traveling from Ha Giang to Hanoi. We were so grateful for all of Jamie’s help to get us safely back to Hanoi to stay at the Minerva Premium Hotel. We stayed at the hotel during the Typhoon and we felt safe during this massive storm despite high winds, trees coming down and flooding in areas. We are so grateful to all of the staff and will absolutely stay again. We highly recommend Minerva Premium Hotel and would give it a 10 rating if that was an option.

I stayed two nights there in two different rooms. One overlooking the street and one with windows but with no views. Both were good and quiet. The bed was super comfy, very nice bed linen, great bathroom with powerful shower. Good breakfast, very friendly staff.

Fantastic modern funky hotel, well situated fir old quarter and station. Good size room with excellent shower room. Comfy bed and usual Western equipment . USB charging points, free toiletries. We enjoyed one night of our stay. Breakfast was perfect, especially wide varieties of good quality food were served.
The hotel guests can burn some calories by exercising at the gym or doing yoga or swimming at outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop with amazing view over Hanoi city.
The hotel location is excellent, it's been constructed beside Lotte Mall where many shops and restaurants and also Lotte World Aquarium are available.
The hotel lobby is well designed as well as the hotel rooms.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel ofrece un servicio que creo que va más allá de lo que se necesitaba, especialmente para un estancia de una noche. El hotel también ofrece una actualización gratuita de habitaciones (período menos ocupado del año) e incluso una nota escrita a mano, que fue un gesto simple pero muy apreciado. La habitación era limpia y tenía todas las comodidades necesarias (agua, en la habitación segura, secador de pelo poderoso, etc.) y el personal también podía ofrecer sugerencias para la comida cercana (que era delicioso).

UUsuario invitadoEs, probablemente, el hotel en el que mejor servicio he recibido en toda mi vida. Los recepcionistas que nos han atendido han sido todos increíbles: atentos, amables, generosos con su tiempo, considerados, profesionales,... Nuestra estancia ha estado llena de imprevistos debido a la meteorología, y a factores externos, y el staff del hotel nos ha ayudado muchísimo, facilitándonos cada paso que hemos dado! No quiero dejar de mencionar el perfecto estado de las habitaciones, la deliciosa cena que comimos, o el mejor desayuno buffet que hemos probado en Vietnam. La ubicación es otro punto fuerte, en pleno Old Quarter, cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos y también de la zona de fiesta (aunque nosotros no hemos salido, y no hemos tenido ni una sola molestia por ruido, hotel muy silencioso y tranquilo). Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo! Y nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a todos los miembros del staff, especialmente a los encargados y miembros de la recepción! Maravillosos

JJustincchongPerfect stay at Mina Hotel & Spa! I stayed for the weekend and found this hotel to be well maintained, warm and friendly. I love how every staff tries to be friendly and get to know their guest. Likewise, I feel at ease when return to the hotel every night.
I got the premier room on the 5th floor and it had a nice view of surrounding buildings. The room has adequate amenities - including soap and shampoo, toiletries, kettle and coffee making equipment. While the bed was abit hard, it was comfortable and clean. Pillows were comfy, but sadly only 2 were provided. There was a large flat screen TV with Netflix pre-installed and a nice curtain that made waking up in the mornings, enjoyable. The toilet could have been better designed as there was no shower curtain of divider between the bath tub and the main area, making bathing a mess.
The hotel also serves breakfast in the morning - but I found it to be a tad underwhelming - though I understand the hotel may not receive many guest. Included in the breakfast is an egg station, pho / porridge station, stir fried foods, fruits and basic breads. Coffee and Tea was also provided, but it was fairly basic. Nevertheless, the service made up the lack of good breakfast - staffs try their best for make your breakfast a comfortable experience.
I don't remember the names, but I'd like to thank the staffs (between 23/9-25/9) that made my stay a wonderful one.
Location wise, Mina Hotel & Spa is well located amidst the hustling streets, and at the end of beer street, with 5-10mins walking to the lake. It's also located near a bunch of street foods, which makes this hotel a perfect place to stay, wander and eat your way through hanoi.
I also tried the Spa and found it to be professional, extremely clean and it's service, exceptional. I got the VIP Combo 1, which included a facial, hair wash, foot soak and a body massage. While I particularly enjoyed the facial and hair wash, the massage was average and not strong. The masseuse had slightly long fingernails, which felt a tad uncomfortable during the massage. Nevertheless, the facial and hair wash was exceptional and left me feeling fresh and alive.
Overall, Mina Hotel & Spa will be a hotel that I'll visit again when I come to hanoi again. It's fair to say despite its inconveniences, it's warm hospitality and personal touch to its guests makes up for it.

The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times.

The manager is a very pleasant guy who strives to give you a good staying and with a sense of pride in his job (a rarity these days).
All the staff were very polite,friendly,attentive and helpful!!!!!!!
They also organised an airport drop off,at a very affordable price.
Spotlessy clean hotel and room.
I can't recommed it enough.
If I would ever go back to Hanoi,I would definitely book there again.

UUsuario invitadoPros: El personal era muy amable y acomodable y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa y todo si se les mencionó. It's a fab location with Hoan Kiem lake well within walking distance, yet not right in the middle of the hectic old quarter so it's possible to get a good night's sleep (our room did not have a window, so unsecure if this is true for rooms with window). Las camas se cambiaron todos los días y también las toallas limpias diariamente, pero otras como papel higiénico, champú, lavado de cuerpos, etc. no se habían levantado durante nuestra estancia. Cons: Estamos llegando después del check-in publicitado en el tiempo y nuestra habitación no estaba lista, lo que no era ideal después de 17 horas de vuelos, pero también comprensible que a veces otros huéspedes se lleguen tarde. Creo que por eso se apresuraron a preparar la habitación, lo que significa que no era completamente limpio, por ejemplo, el pelo en el suelo, las huellas dactilares en los espejos/vidrio. La TV no funcionó, el wifi era muy lento durante nuestra estancia, y el duche se resfrió durante los primeros 2 días que para ser equitativo era bueno teniendo en cuenta lo caliente que era. Booking.com still states that breakfast is available here but nothing was mentioned to us about breakfast, and it’s worth noting that the photos used by the property are definitely not accurate. The property is nice, but not like the photos. La habitación era sin ventanas, y no recuerdo si se mencionó esto en la reserva. Sin embargo, me sentí que considerando el alto puntaje de la propiedad en booking.com y en aquí, era importante dejar una imagen más precisa de la propiedad.

The location of this apartment is the biggest advantage. It is a 5-minute walk from the 86 bus stop (from/to the airport). Also, it takes 5-10 min strolling to reach the Old Quarter and Dong Xuan market. Plus, 20-25 min walking will bring you to the Ho Chi Ming mausoleum. Everything far would require a taxi or a scooter via the ‘Grab’ app.
Generally, this apt has a solid ‘3’ out of ‘5’. Everything you needed was there: a full-size kitchen, a microwave, a two-section fridge, a washing machine, a fan, an AC, a TV, a kettle, a cooking stove, all utensils and plates. The bathroom, a sink and a loo are clean, a hairdryer works well. You could even have a full foamy real bath (I was too lazy to extra clean the bath, that’s just me. Extra precautions). The bed is fine, and the bed sheets were clean. Nothing to complain about.
Now, why it is ‘3’ (or maybe ‘3.5’). For this money per night, in other places, you’ll get a 20-24 sq.m. room. While this apt generously will host you with 60 sq.m. (I have to confess, it was the main reason I chose this place among the locations). This place feels really like a proper apartment. Pay attention, this is not a ‘Hotel’ but a ‘Home-stay’ or an ‘Apartment’. There is no Reception desk. Nobody will meet, greet, and assist you. You will be on your own with any questions you may have upon arrival. Moreover, the entrance to this apartment goes through… the sushi restaurant. Yep. Right through the tables with people eating. Plus, the instruction sent prior to my arrival with all digital codes to open the doors to get in/out looked more like a maze or a puzzle. Good news, from 10 am till 10 pm the front restaurant door is open and you won’t need to worry (at least) about one of the ‘getting-in game’ challenges.
Al-in-all, with all instructions provided by Trip.com and the owner, I managed to check in smoothly, had a nice Hanoi vacation and didn’t mind some hiccups with local neighbours downstairs getting up early and starting cooking their breakfast)))

UUsuario invitadoRatings are always based on personal standards and judging criteria. For this, I am coming from the angle of a cheap airport hotel. This is the best airport hotel around Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, and at a decent price. Do not expect intercontinental buffet breakfast, business lounges and the likes. The room is pretty new, clean, functional, and large. Despite being close to the airport, you can barely hear anything from landing aircraft. Breakfast is simple at best, and staff seem to be still in 'training', with only Brian being the 'boss'. Rooftop pool doesn't look well maintained, and the entertainment room has been abandoned totally altogether, with the foosball and billiard table left to collect dust while it has become a storage and parking area. But hey, its an airport hotel. Purpose is to have people sleep for 1 night before leaving prompto. It is situated in a pretty rural area so don't expect any established eateries or convenience stores nearby. Think roadside hawkers and home-run provision shops. In conclusion, best airport hotel near Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

No hay placas separadas del caballo en el momento, pero ¡preparar el arrastre de la palabra humana y lavar el cabello y lavar la luz, que es muy útil!
¡También hay un fuerte volumen de viento en el turbo, ¡gratifico a las mujeres!

UUsuario invitadoI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
