Stayed for 4 nights & the highlight was the exceptional staff, especially Phuong, Tai, and Duc.
Phuong, the customer relations executive, was the star. She's warm, proactive, and speaks excellent English. She helped fix things in my room, gave spot-on itinerary suggestions, shared daily food and shopping tips, and even found a solution when my luggage broke. Absolutely top-notch service. And the hotel is lucky to have her on staff.
Tai, who helped with breakfast, remembered our regular order after just one day and speaks great English. A thoughtful touch that made mornings easy and personal.
Duc, the friendly doorman, always greeted us with a smile and a good joke. A great way to start and end each day.
Not so good: The entire hotel only had 1 iron and 1 ironing board. Requested it in the evening, but only received the iron late next morning just when I gave up waiting and was about to head out.
But of all the places I stayed across Da Nang, Sapa, and Hanoi, this was the best by far. Highly recommended for the service alone.
