Excelente hotel, muy céntrico, pegado al lago, y aún así muy tranquilo y silencioso para dormir. El hotel estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, con buenas instalaciones y habitaciones grandes con cómodas camas para descansar bien. Para mi, lo mejor del hotel fue el personal, muy amistoso y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con todo. Si volvemos a Hanoi volveremos a reservar este hotel.

I recently stayed fantastic experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, whether it was recommending local attractions or arranging transportation. My room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and daily housekeeping.

Great 5 nights in Hanoi and the hotel was in a fantastic location, in a quiet street, as Hanoi is crazy busy with beeping mopeds. Had a lovely room up on the 6th floor so it was perfect Very close to old French quarter so easy to walk everywhere and also right next to the lake for a Lovely walk . Lots of good Local coffee and food places too. Staff All so attentive and helpful. Great breakfast in sister hotel. All in all they were great and definitely a hotel l'd recommend. Thank you all :)

Staff we’re very friendly and welcoming, they even gave us a free room upgrade. They took our luggage for storage when we came earlier than check in time. Very convenient location - close to everything, spa, coffee shops, food, the lake, shops!

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Very accommodating staff, Lily who help us to make our trip easy and enjoyed exploring the beauty of Hanoi. Hotel is clean and all amenities are replenished everyday. Smiling face to welcome us everyday.

Hotel in the center of the old quarter, very close by Hoan Kiem lake and restaurant. Have many choice for massage and street food around. Staff is supper friendly and useful, give us all safe suggestion and all tips to make our trip is more memorable

Amazing hotel, very spacious and comfy room. Lily from the desk is the nicest. She will help you with anything you need. Plus, they have a laundry service that is extremely good and cheap. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I came back to Hanoi.

This hotel has the most friendly staff, they made are trip so much better and gave us such a unique feel for the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a reseption open 24/7 that are very helpful and know very good English. We very very recommend you to visit here❤️❤️❤️
