Hotel nuevo y limpio. La primera vez que vine aquí. Conveniente para viajar por West Lake. El personal apoyó el registro rápido a pesar de que llegué un poco tarde. La habitación está muy limpia y tiene vistas.

I had a shock when the reached the hotel and I couldn't believe my eyes that this was the hotel I had booked and I was going to stay. Firstly, it's located at an alley and there are lots of trash beside the hotel. Secondly, the pictures of the rooms were extremely misleading. While it may look the same if you compare the pictures versus reality, the whole look and feel in reality standing there felt completely different. What they didn't show from the picture is how pathetic the window is and what kind of view is available. Thirdly, based on the other reviews, I think the renovation of the hotel has been completed as I didn't hear any loud noises there. However, there was strong formaldehyde smell coming out from the furnitures and the staff tried to spray air freshener to cover the smell. I just couldn't wait to check out of the hotel.

1 stay 1 night for departure day and it is convenience to go to airport But find no place for dinning in walking distance Room is good compare to the price, new and clean I only regret because use the washing machine, it makes my bright shirts all turn dark :(( clean it often plzzz

The washing machine was really bad and it was never repaired despite several reminders to the staff to fix. Clean and a little out of the central areas, but great reduction in noise pollution!

I had a great stay here. The room was very clean and modern and you can barely hear noise from outside which makes the nights very calm. It‘s quite far from the Old Quarter, but there a few nice things around. Otherwise I can’t complain. Would definitely recommend.
